KNOLL centrifugal pumps are submersible pumps. They are mounted on pressureless containers and submersed in the fluid. These flow machines are used primarily on machine tools to convey cooling lubricants. As backflow pumps, they transport the chips/cooling lubricant mixture to filters/separators. They then supply the machines again with the cleaned cooling lubricant. Thanks to their solid and robust construction, the KNOLL coolant pumps have a high load capacity and a long service life. There are 5 different configurations: Type TG with closed impeller For cleaned cooling lubricant with residual dirt Type TF with non-clogging impeller For contaminated cooling lubricant Type TS with helical impeller For contaminated cooling lubricant with air Type TSK with short helical impeller For contaminated cooling lubricant with short chips Type TSC with helical impeller and chopper For contaminated cooling lubricant with long aluminum chips 3

TSC 65 Shredder pump KNOLL shredder pumps of type TSC are cooling lubricant pumps with an integrated chopper for aluminum chips. The pumps are in a position to shred long aluminum chips to a pump-appropriate size and convey them with cooling lubricant to the central preparation station. An additional chip reducer is therefore superfluous.
