The South car park, close to La Grande Halle, is run by Société Vinci, which is making it available to users at the rates currently in force. There is no monitoring or security for the parked vehicle or its contents. Information and Facilities Management Desk The Information and Facilities Management Desk (Commissariat Général) will be set up in the Charlie Parker Hall. All administrative, technical and commercial questions will be dealt with there. Timetable for powering up of electrical supply boxes Reminder: turnkey booths include a 1KW electric supply ASSEMBLY AND DISMANTLING Power connection times: - 28 January 2017: from 1600 to 2200-29 January 2017: from 0930 to 1930-30 January 2017: from 0930 to 2130-31 January 2017: from 0930 to 1830 OF STANDS The exhibitors need to pass on this timetable to their different providers and advise them not to wait until the last moment to deliver their equipment. Open to the public Sunday 29 January 2017 from 1000 to 1900 Monday 30 January 2017 from 1000 to 2100 Late Night Opening: The Young Talents of Radio and TV will end at 2300. Tuesday 31 January 2017 from 1000 to 18h00 Cleaning of stands The cleaning of the stands is not included in the service. Cleaning can be arranged by using the additional amenities form. Empty packaging - Storage - Handling No empty packaging is permitted to be stored inside the exhibition hall. It must be removed straight away. Estimate available by using the additional amenities form. Brochure The distribution of brochures inside the show provides an additional marketing/communication option. Please contact the organiser if you are interested in this option. Monitoring - Security General monitoring of the exhibition is handled by the organiser in the best possible conditions. This is a commitment to employ best efforts, not to guarantee a given result. Please note: the risk of theft is highest during the assembly and dismantling stages, so additional vigilance is required during this period. Please ensure that you keep out of sight all equipment or products vulnerable to theft, including personal items and clothing. As it is not possible to monitor comings and goings effectively during assembly and dismantling operations, you are urged to keep a close watch on your stand by having someone on site at all times until the end of the dismantling stage. Insurance against theft is the personal responsibility of each exhibitor and will depend upon the equipment exhibited. Security for your stand can be arranged by using the additional amenities form.

ASSEMBLY AND DISMANTLING OF STANDS VIP Wristband Each exhibitor will have access to the BAR. 2 wristbands [6m2] will be distributed to each exhibitor. The wristbands MUST be worn on the wrist every day. There is an option to buy additional wristbands. Only those wearing a wristband will be entitled to 1 free drink per day during the event. Staff will only serve a drink to people who are wearing a wristband. We suggest that you provide those whom you wish to invite with a wristband and ask them to put it on before going to the VIP bar. VIP wristbands can be purchased at the Information and Facilities Management Desk (Commissariat general). If you wish to reserve chilled bottles of champagne, please inform the organiser in advance. Catering Exhibitors can pre-order meals and there will be a bar with sandwiches. However, booking in advance will greatly reduce the waiting time. Meal trays can also be ordered. HEALTH AND SAFETY WORKING CONDITIONS Please pay heed to the organiser s official schedule and the access doors. During the dismantling stage, the site is off limits to the public. The Security Aisles must remain completely clear at all times. Storage of items in the aisles surrounding the stand is totally prohibited and may only ever be very temporary. During the dismantling stage, any storage of items must be as brief as possible and can only take place on the stand itself. Please Note: The dismantling of the stands cannot in any circumstances begin before 1800 on the evening of the Show s closure, in other words, Tuesday 31 January 2017. No boxes can be unpacked and no equipment can be removed from a stand before 1800. It is imperative that you have removed all equipment and fittings from the stand by 2200 on 31 January 2017 at the latest. The organiser does not accept any responsibility for products or fixtures that have not been removed by this time. YOUR AREA MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION

Exhibitors must leave the areas they occupy, in particular the booth partitions and carpeting, in the condition in which they found them. It is recommended that hook or chain-type systems be used. The exhibitor will be billed for any damage caused. Any waste (carpeting, adhesives ) must be removed. The exhibitor, as the sole party responsible for any contractors used (decorators, installers, business people ) will be billed for any damage found during the dismantling of the stands, based on a calculation of 150 before tax per m 3. For all cleaning services and the removal of waste and rubbish, please see the form for additional amenities. Don t forget: Ensure that any furniture that has been hired is emptied of its contents as soon as the Show closes, and by 1830 at the latest, and that you leave the keys. Ensure that you do not leave rented furniture locked in on site after your departure. Reminder: Turnkey booths will be dismantled from 1800 on 31 January, so be very careful not to leave any personal items behind.
