Hydraulic Breakers
XPle Hydraulic breakers Hydraulic breakers are today s most versatile workg tool for excavators. It is the ma actor different applications when operatg on hard ground, a must, when it comes to excavatg foundations, demolition, trenchg, quarryg, tunnelg and road construction. Promove offers today a wide range of models to fit all excavators on the market, deliverg breakg performance and reliability at highest level. Our models of XP range offer unique features, highly appreciated on the hardest job site around the world: Combed power from gas and oil: outstandg power/weight ratio; hydraulic stability, rebound of the piston absorbed by gas results low vibrations & low stress on hoses (lower pressure peaks) Outstandg performance to weight ratio High back pressure allowed (up to 25 bars) makes stallation easy on every excavator, cludg the newest models, with no need to change the return le gog straight to the tank and bypassg the filter and the cooler Choosg your breaker The right haer/excavator matchg is driven by some factors like carrier s weight and hydraulic flow, boom and stick configuration, ma use of the equipment. Eventual limits dicated by carrier s manufacturer are always bdg. On bigger excavator (heavier than 13 tons) it is generally possible to choose between two models. Matchg the heaviest possible haer from the specification chart will maximize productivity of the excavator-haer-operator combation. It is recoended the followg cases: Breakg on medium-hard rock Heavy and long-lastg applications On excavators with a monolithic boom Primary breakg quarryg In case of frequent use Matchg a lighter model is possible: If breakg concrete or soft rock For non-heavy applications On excavators with three-piece arm For secondary breakg quarryg (reducg oversizes) In case of occasional use Promove team of experts is always available to provide formation on best matchg.
Hydraulic breakers Auto-greasg system creases productivity and avoids stoppg for manual greasg. Quantity of grease supplied can be easily adjusted accordg to job conditions order to always deliver the optimal lubrication Silenced casgs with ternal top, bottom and side shock absorbers completely sulatg the power unit. Low noise and vibration level! Low-pressure nitrogen chamber over the head of the piston absorbs excessive vibrations returng energy to the percussion. Workg pressure adjustment valve. Square-section cylder with encased tie-rods: high resistance to stress with extended tie-rods life and reduction of the risk of piston seizures the case of tie-rod breakage. Just two movg parts: piston and spoolg valve. Reliability and performance at top level! Frequency/energy adjustment valve allows regulatg the energy of the stroke accordg to hardness of the rock. The operator can easily set up the haer to have the appropriate production/speed of work. Blank firg prevention system: the haer only starts if it is pushed on the ground and stops once the rock is broken, avoidg damages to tools, retaers and chuck housg. No residual blows: the haer iediately stops firg when oil flow is stopped.
