Contour Multisurge The crossing of a transport trolley and theatre table gives far greater patient turnover and increased revenue for an affordable outlay. The Multisurge has a full length surgirail fastened rigidly to the trolley top and simple, removable side boards for transport and recovery. After positioning, the patient is wheeled into theatre, operated on and transferred into recovery ward all on the same unit! This unique feature can be fitted to most trolley models. Contour Heli-Transfer Working with both the helicopter and ground crews has created the ultimate in patient handling. This trolley has extra height to reach the helicopter floor and a smooth, flat top to facilitate easy stretcher transfer. Four strong, adjustable webbing straps are mounted in each corner for fast and secure hold-down of the stretcher. Large diameter castors are standard to assist traversing quickly over rough ground. The base storage helps with moving extra equipment. Contour Gynotec Simply lift out the lightweight stainless leg support to transform the Gynotec into an Examination, OBS or Procedure Table with a cutout for unrestricted perineal access. The trolley comes complete with a slide out stainless steel tray for waste or instrument storage. Multi-X Accessories Laser Mark System This is a line of numbers (6-0-6) bolted to the inside of both end rails of the trolley, coinciding withnumbers (0-6) on both ends of the crosslide. Laser lines from the X-Ray tube are then used to centre the cassette accurately. Ezi-Centa clips onto the cassette crosslide and by using the shadow cast from the tube light source it can be positioned quickly under target. The bar then rotates for unobstructed X-Ray. Bucci Support A full length plastic support sheet can be fitted to allow other Bucci systems to fit and give total freedom of movement. A self-centreing cassette holder is also available. C-Spine Cassette Holder This stainless frame holds all cassette sizes and drops into the IV sockets on the trolley. It is height adjustable with positioning along the top as well. Cutaway Corner Two or four corners of the bucci can be modified to allow further travel of the cassette at the foot or head end. Removeable Chest X-Ray A lightweight, all stainless frame hooks onto the backrest to support any size of X-Ray cassette and grid. Height adjustable to assist with positioning. Deluxe Accessories X-Ray Subtop A translucent subtop can be fitted to the Deluxe for full body X-Rays. Both ends of the subtop can be lifted for easy cleaning. A self-centreing cassette holder is also available. Rail Clamp Designed for the Deluxe, this clamp locks onto the side rail, near the backrest. It holds any accessory with a 5/8 spigot. 19

Ophthalmic Accessories Wrist Supports Two height adjustable halves that simply push into the head rest and lock to assist in steadying surgeons hands. Shoulder Support A light weight cushioned frame which can be put on or off with the patient in position during preop and recovery to fill in the corners. Also used as a pillow support. Flat Cushion This headrest cushion is 75mm thick and flat for the use of gel rings, vacuum packs and other patient positioning devices. Shoulder Wings These wings drop into both IV sockets creating extra shoulder support for the patient s safety and comfort during recovery and transport. Standard Accessories Slimline Headrest This headrest has been designed for surgeons operating from the side of the trolley requiring extra leg clearance. Standard Cushion This cushion is supplied standard and has a shallow scallop to gently assist in the centering and holding of a patients head. Multi Riser Dropsides & Reverse Folding 6, 7 or 16 riser dropsides can be fitted to some models with all dropsides also able to be mounted folding from foot towards head. Flush Fold Dropside Classic style dropside which folds down flush with trolley top, may be fitted, allowing slide transfer of mattress or horizontal X-Ray. Mid Position Catch This catch locks the Classic style dropside at approx. 45 deg. To give more access to the patient and some continued support. Mattress Three mattress thicknesses are available 50mm, 75mm (standard issue) and 100mm. They are made from medium density foam and covered in pressure care material. 100mm Pressure Care This mattress is constructed of layered foam - slow recovery over medium density. It is covered with four way stretch pressure relieving material. Padded Bumpers 25mm thick high density foam covered in the same material as the mattress. Head End Accessory Sockets A pair of sockets mount to the head end of a Contour top and hold accessories including end rails and Ophthalmic head board. Ophthalmic Head Board Lightweight head board which drops into head end accessory sockets on a Contour Trolley. It tilts up and down and is lockable. Arm Board The arm board is padded for comfort and is 450 x 200 with 250mm height adjustment. It also has a wrist break 120mm in from the end. Surgi Rail Long The Surgi Rail Long is 700mm long. It is constructed from 30 x 6 stainless and bolts to the underside of Contour tops. Surgi Rail Short The Surgi Rail Short is 400mm long. Surgirail Clamp An alloy clamp which holds 5/8 bar and fits onto our Surgirails. Knee Break Wind handle or electric operated, the Break raises 150mm for patient comfort during recovery or long stay. Dropdown Push Handles Strong, foldaway handles with rubber grip for pushing the trolley. 150mm high x 250mm between hand grips. Horizontal Oxy Holder A fully stainless steel basket for 155 dia. x 500 long oxy bottles. Hung from head end of trolley and allows front loading of bottle. Drain Bag Holder 270mm long stainless steel holder, fastened to the centre of a trolley top on both sides. Ventilator Support Brackets A variety of brackets which mount to the head end of Contour tops to support oxy delivery systems. Patient Tie Point Strong metal bracket mounted both sides of trolley top to attach customer tie strap. 21

Easy Head Access A cutaway head endrail can be fitted on to most Contour trolleys to allow greater access to the patients face and head. Hydraulic Height Increase A 50mm spacer can be added to increase the trolley height and camera clearance. Document Holder 380 x 40 x 225mm deep wire basket. Hangs from trolley end rails. May also be fitted to the dropdown foot board or folding monitor board. Footend Rail 175mm high x 600mm wide stainless rail, drops into footend sockets for pushing from or used as patient feet stop. Footrail Tall Fully welded stainless foot rail 235mm high and 600mm wide with one cross tube. Footrail Support Fully welded stainless foot rail 345mm high and 600mm wide, with two cross tubes. Footrail Oxy Fully welded stainless steel footrail with support rings and stop for a C size oxygen cylinder. Vertical Oxy Holder (Rail Mount) Stainless steel basket for maximum bottle size of 120 dia. X 320mm deep. Vertical Oxy Holder (Corner Mount) Stainless steel basket for maximum bottle size of 120 dia. X 320mm deep. Fixed Monitor Board A 450 high x 600 wide all stainless fixed frame with a 20mm full surrounding lip for safety. Folding Monitor Board A strong stainless frame with push handles. The board folds over and has two tie straps for fastening monitors. 500 high x 650 wide. Folding IV Pole The folding I.V. can be mounted at both ends of most trolleys and generally folds down to the right. It can be installed to reverse fold. Round Pump Pole 25 Dia.x 950mm fixed height stainless pole for securing pump units to. Bag holder welded to top. Meal Tray A vinyl wrapped board scalloped for patient comfort, it can fit both Classic and Deluxe style dropsides 680 x 400 x 25 mm thick. Paper Roll Holder A bracket is bolted onto the head end rail of the trolley with a lift out paper roll axel. The paper is for high patient turnover, minimizing sheet changing time. Ezi-Trak Centre steering makes handling effortless whilst the wheels ride easily over bumps and hollows due to gas pressure. Tri-Control Raise, lower or tilt your trolley from the foot end. Head end control can be achieved by reversing the base and using special decals. Anti-Static Strip A special anti sparking rubber strip mounted under a base to discharge any buildup of static electricity. Removeable Storage Tray Plastic storage tray can be clipped on to the head or foot end of the base. 385 x 300 x 130 mm deep. Base Oxy Holder An all stainless fixed frame for a maximum bottle size of 140 dia x 890mm with a retaining strap. Electric Drive Compatibility Enhanced clearance bases or custom push bars can be made to suit most electric drive units used today.
