LX 6 GEO-TECHNICAL DRILL HIGH DRILLING POWER IN A SMALL PACKAGE, THE MULTIPURPOSE LX 6 IS AN ESSENTIAL TOOL ON TODAY'S JOB SITE Power and Versatility The LX6 features a powerful Deutz D914 L04 air cooled diesel engine that produces 53 kw (71 hp) of power at 2,300rpm. The LX6 also has a maximum breaking torque of 20.5 knm (15,120 lb-ft) and 55 kn (12,364 lbf) of pull back force. Design The LX6 is capable of both wireline and conventional coring as well as DTH, rotary and auger drilling methods. This multipurpose rig was specifically designed to be extremely versatile with its powerful steel crawlers, mast dump/raising ability and 220 mm double clamps. Safety The LX6 comes loaded with standard safety features. The safety cage ensures drillers remain a safe distance from the drill string, while low speed and low torque rotation ensures safe rod management. Sandvik QJ331 jaw crusher Technical specification sheet The QJ331 jaw crusher further develops the very latest technology used within the Q-range of mobile jaw crushers manufactured by Sandvik. Incorporating sturdy construction, its power management system coupled with a unique jaw design, makes the QJ331 ideal for the recycling and contractor segment of the market. Its compact size, enhanced mobility and high crushing speed together with large feed opening provide impressive rates of production and is able to sustain superb reduction ratios. Improved jaw plate retention. Danfoss hydraulic control system for excellent efficiency with all controls located at ground level for ease of access and maintenance. Full PLC control system and Danfoss colour screen allowing visual data output of all plant operating parameters. Improved load control system for feeder drive to ensure continuous, uninterrupted crushing. Level sensor fitted to jaw to control feed rate into the crusher thereby maximising production. Hydraulic raise and lower facility on the main conveyor to give increased clearance for rebar discharge in recycling applications. Steel pipe work used extensively to give superior heat dissipation and to provide a maintenance free sealing solution. Speed wheel fitted to main conveyor to stop the feeder, negating the need to dig out a heavily loaded conveyor. Now fitted with a hydraulically driven oil cooler capable of operating in the most hostile environments with a 50 C ambient temperature capability without any oil changes. Hydraulically driven cooling fan allows fan speed control to give increased efficiency and auto reverse facility to periodically back flush any dust build up in the radiator. Different applications catered for through Sandvik advanced crusher wear plate technology. Enhanced fuel economy with emissions reduced by up to 45% for lower cost of ownership, and reduced carbon footprint. These new features are aimed at ensuring the QJ331 is now as user and environmentally focused as it is productive and versatile. The QJ331 is designed to be equally productive in both hard rock and recycling applications and is therefore the ultimate all round workhorse providing maximum efficiency and productivity whilst minimising cost of ownership.
