The cmpetitin schedule and the hst fr all trampline, tumbling and DMT Ontari Cups, selectin cmpetitins and Ontari Champinships/Elite Ontari being held the fllwing cmpetitive seasn, is determined at the annual GO Trampline and Tumbling Technical Assembly. schedule permits time fr the judges t eat lunch r dinner (refer t the mst recent cpy f the GO T & T Technical Rules and Regulatins, Judges Plicies sectin) Ensuring that the Judges tables are checked at the end f each rtatin, garbage is remved, scre flash cards are in place and that there are sufficient sharpened pencils, scratch pads, etc. fr the next cmpetitin Ensure that the judges packages are given directly t the CJP and that they include a cmpetitin schedule, the cmpetitive rder, expense frms and a cpy f the judging panels Chief Screr is respnsible fr: CUPS//ONTARIO /ELITE ONTARIO Securing a cmputer and printer as well as determining the lcatin f the scring table n the flr plan. The cmputer and printer shuld be n a separate table clse t the judges table s that any changes, n instructin f the Chair f the Judges Panel, can be dne quickly and efficiently. All equipment is available t rent frm the GO ffice. Setting up scring system/prgram Familiarizing himself/herself with the requirements f each level (i.e. cmpulsry passes will nt require DD, specific categries d nt have DD maximums, etc.). Refer t a current cpy f the GO T & T Technical Rules and Regulatins and the mst current cpy f the FIG Trampline Cde f Pints. 121 Recruiting and training vlunteers t assist Ensuring that vlunteers have a cpy f the vlunteers schedule and that they fully understand their respnsibilities Ensuring that vlunteers are fulfilling their duties cmpetently and finding replacements fr n-shws Reslving prblems, in cnsultatin with the Meet Directr Organizing and delegating events such as 50/50 draws, auctins etc. COMPETITION VENUE Facility: When selecting the venue fr a cmpetitin the fllwing must be taken int cnsideratin: Fr all Ontari Cups/Ontari Champinships/Elite Ontari Champinships, the facility must be available t start warm ups at 4pm n the Friday f the weekend f the cmpetitin. cmpetitive level and events being hsted (TRA, TRS, DMT, TUM,) Ceiling height fr TRA and TRS must be a minimum f 8 metres (as per the mst current FIG Trampline Cde f Pints). Als make nte f any rafters, lighting, basketball nets r any ther equipment that hangs dwn frm the ceiling. There needs t be 8 metres free frm bstructins. During synchrnized cmpetitins the tramplines must be parallel and nt staggered. The distance between them, measured frm the uter edges f the frames, must be at least 2 metres The interir height f the hall fr prvincial and natinal stream duble mini-trampline cmpetitins must be a minimum f 6 metres, as per the rules and regulatins utlined in the current FIG Cde f Pints. The trampline judges platfrm shuld be 5 t 7 metres frm the clsest trampline. Trampline platfrms need t fit 10 judges plus tw screkeepers and a vide camera peratr. scring table fr bth trampline and DMT shuld be placed beside judges table and pwer utlet will be required fr cmputer availability f the gym fr equipment delivery and pre-meet preparatin male and female athlete change rms adequate washrm facilities (bth men s and wmen s) judges and caches meeting/dining rm adequate and accessible parking cafeteria/cncessins Availability f all necessary tables, chairs, benches, etc. Availability f cmputers, phtcpier, etc. adequate seating fr spectatrs (apprximately seating t accmmdate 2 times the number f athletes in the largest cmpetitive cmpetitin rund) Facility Preparatin: Ensure that the set-up schedule clearly states the time that the equipment will arrive at the cmpetitin venue and the earliest time the cmpetitin venue can be accessed t begin set-up. The equipment crdinatr must have the facility liaisns cntact number, and have cnfirmed directly with the facility liaisn that he/she will be available t unlck and lck the building at times already agreed upn, can access specific rms within the building that may be lcked, can reslve any facility emergency (including heat, lights, plumbing, etc.) when using a schl r arena, hst must ensure that the heat/air cnditining is scheduled t be turned n ver the weekend and that hst has access t the cntrls It is imperative that the amunt f time scheduled fr set-up is realistic and that time has been built in fr unfreseen delays. It is strngly recmmended that the majrity f the set-up be dne the day r night befre the meet. This will allw the Chair f Judges Panel, Trampline Technical Cmmittee

Chairpersn and Meet Directr t discver, address and reslve cncerns/prblems withut disturbing the cmpetitin schedule. The designated area fr athletes and caches shuld be easily accessibility t the change rms and washrms. The designated area fr athletes and caches shuld be as far away as pssible frm the judges table, scring table and the spectatrs seating area. Flr Plan: A cmplete flr plan must be prepared by the Meet Directr and the Flr Crdinatr and apprved by TTTC. Factrs t cnsider when designing the Flr Plan include: size f facility (take nte f clumns, entrance ways, pwer utlets) equipment dimensins requirements placement f judges' table; required sight lines lighting and ventilatin pwer utlets - music/annuncing/scring visibility fr spectatrs Existing permanent fixtures - windws, psts, etc. SAFETY: Landing areas, runways, surrunding areas (ex. may need additinal perimeter matting t prvide a 'buffer' zne between landing areas and cncrete flr/pillars) emergency exits traffic flw between events prximity frm spectatrs t event(s) (safety) annuncer/music table change rms and washrms scring table Cach/Athlete Area: There must be a designated table where caches and athletes hand in their DD cards and all ther pertinent infrmatin that is relevant t the cmpetitin. Caches shuld have access t the Judges Rm (r they shuld have their wn separate rm) r a table shuld be set-up t prvide caches with beverages, snacks/light meals. The Judges Rm may be made available t caches during the day, ther than during the judges meeting. Spectatrs: Adequate spectatr seating must be prvided, a safe distance frm the cmpetitive flr and well defined (by rpes, bunting*, pylns, etc.). The Meet Directr is respnsible fr submitting the Call t Meet t the Prgram Manager fr apprval and psting/distributin. 126 SCHEDULING Yur schedule is ne f the mst imprtant dcuments yu will create fr yur cmpetitin. It sets the pace fr the entire event. It is extremely imprtant t calculate yur schedule crrectly as a schedule that ges vertime can create unwanted csts and unhappy participants. Invitatinal Cmpetitins: Yu (the hst club) are respnsible fr the creatin f the schedule. After deciding that yu are ging t hst a cmpetitin, yu must calculate hw many athletes yu can hst (dependent n hw many days, the length f the days, separate awards area, etc.) Ontari Cups, Tur Selectin & Ontari Champinships/Elite Ontari: The draft schedule must be apprved by the TTTC Chairpersn and then circulated by GO (nt the hst club) t all GO clubs. General Scheduling: The main frmat that are cmmnly used fr cmpetitins in Ontari: - 4 panels f judges (2 trampline, 1 DMT, 1 TUM). Awards will be given between levels t decrease the amunt f time athletes and their families need t spend at the cmpetitin (with the exceptin f Ontari Champinships). The duratin f a cmpetitin may nt exceed 11 hurs in a day and any given level f cmpetitin may nt exceed 4 hurs. Warm-up: Warm-ups are divided int general warm-up and specific warm-up. It shuld als be given t the Chair f the Judges Panel (CJP) prir t the general warm-up s that it can be annunced fr the caches and athletes. The CJP circulates the cmpetitive rder t the Judges and the Chief Screr fr input f scres and calculatins. The rder f cmpetitin fr Finals is based n scres frm Preliminaries and is in reverse rder (i.e. the first place finisher cmpetes last). Only the tp 8-10 athletes cmpete in Finals. The cmpetitive rder fr Finals shuld be psted and given t the CJP and the Chief Screr as early as pssible. ATHLETE START ORDER The athlete start rder is cnducted randmly thrugh SS MSS scring system.
