CL-P Compact Line - Profile Municipal vehicles from 3.5 to 7.5 tons. Variable design. Many possibilities.
Rosenbauer CL-Profile CL-P. One superstructure, many applications. A vehicle for a wide range of tasks. This is a first: A firefighting vehicle with a solid superstructure in proven Rosenbauer quality. According to the standards in Germany and Austria, Rosenbauer has developed a new vehicle for the various transport tasks of fire departments. Equipment and materials are safely and clearly stored in the superstructure on a Mercedes Benz, Iveco, VW, or MAN chassis. 2
CL-Profile Rosenbauer Impresses with: Solid superstructure in extruded aluminum sandwich construction Variable versions and loading options Modern lighting concept High quality of all elements Long service lifetime Optimal price-performance ratio Superstructures on other chassis are also possible. The flexible design makes it possible to adapt the structure to the individual requirements of fire departments through various dimensions and configurations. For vehicles of the CL series, all elements - from the lighting to the facing - feature the Rosenbauer design. Thus, the CL-Profile fits perfectly into any Rosenbauer fleet in terms of quality and appearance. 3
Rosenbauer CL-Profile Designed for modular superstructure. Fixed body concept. Variable design. Logistics vehicles Small rescue vehicles Fixed structure with side tarpaulins and tail lift Fixed structure with side hinched doors and tail lift Fixed structure with side roller shutters and tail lift Extrusion sandwich construction with tail lift Extruded sandwich construction with roller shutters and tail lift Superstructure with roller shutters on the side and at the rear Superstructure with two roller shutters on each side and rear hinched door or rear roller shutter Other combinations (side & rear) of roller shutters, hinched door and tarpaulins Solid superstructure Tail lift Roller shutters Tarpaulin Hinched door TSF-L TSF-K / KLF / KRF Flexible payload. The interior design of the CL-P is variable. Depending on the design of the superstructure, the loading can always be adapted to new load configurations. Bulky materials, such as ladders, can be stored on the accessible roof. This frees up even more space inside the equipment compartment. Further effective: the MEC (Mobile Equipment Carrier) fixing. In this way, the equipment can be removed quickly and directly via the MEC without having to open the locking system. 4
CL-Profile Rosenbauer Many possibilities. The body concept of the CL-P from Rosenbauer complies with the following standards TSF (DIN 14530-16) TSF-L (Bavarian Standard) TSF-W (DIN 14530-17) KLFA-L KRFA-L (Upper Austria Directive FA-02) LAST VF (Lower Austria Directive FA 06) with tail lift GW-L / LAST / VF 5
Rosenbauer CL-Profile Safety The tail lift over the whole height of the entire superstructure ensures safe and comfortable loading and unloading of MECs No obstructions for head due to a completely smooth interior roof surface Simple electronics concept The superstructure of the CL-P is operated via toggle switches in the driver s cab. Clearly arranged switch console Display of all superstructure functions Clearly arranged main electrics with a control board ensure the highest quality Cables laid within the extrusion profiles Recessed LED equipment compartment lighting for protection against damage Heavy-duty chassis With the CL-P, different chassis sizes from 3.5 to 7.5 t are possible for different drive configurations (4x4 or 4x2): Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Iveco Daily MAN TGE VW Crafter Ford Super Duty GMC Sierra Other chassis (Ford Transit, Opel Movano, Fiat Ducato, Renault Master, Fuso Center, etc.) 6
