THE PAKA ROTARY FILLERS PAKA Automatic Rotary Fillers are quality machines built to high standards of design and construction and are of modern and functional appearance. Each is intended to give accurate and uniform fill with high performance efficiency and dependable long-life service. All PAKA automatic Rotary liquid fillers feature silent, smooth operation. Infeed and discharge conveyor and bottle timing screw are shaft and gear driven. Above elements are synchronized with main spindle drive by one variable speed adjustment wheel. All mechanical, electrical and liquid controls provided are fully automatic. All liquid handling parts are readily accessible and easy to clean. Full range adjustment is provided for container height and for liquid level. Wide variety of liquids is provided for by interchangeability of nozzle and nozzle tips. All change parts are easily and quickly interchanged from one size to another. Efficient, clean operation is assured by "no waste" automatic overflow system.

El CHANGE PARTS Gear driven timing screw for smooth silent operation. Timing screw keyed no adjustment necessary after changeover. Adjustment in timing mechanism allows for use of all spouts or 1/2 total number of spouts. Stars and plates of one piece construction for fast change, easier handling keyed and always in alignment. Star removal effected by turn of knurled screw plate replaced by removing three hex nuts. Fabricated from linen base phenolic for superior wearing quality. EI NOZZLE CONSTRUCTION Interchangeable nozzles with interchangeable tips give added flexibility to filling operation. "0" ring construction utilized for superior sealing qualities. Standard nozzles fabricated from 18-8 stainless steels available in titanium, PVC, 316 stainless and other materials as required. Vacuum type spout heads have teflon insert allow for constant changing of filling nozzles without wear or damage. All welded construction. 4 LIQUID CONTROL SYSTEM All welded stainless steel overflow tank easily removed for cleaning. Stainless steel manifold can be removed, dismantled and cleaned quickly and simply. Teflon sealed stainless steel rotary joint no metal to metal contact affords trouble free operation reduces maintenance to a minimum.
SPECIFICATIONS PAKA ROTARY FILLERS Selection of the PAKA model best suited to your needs, depends on the full range of containers to be handled, the production speed required, and the flow characteristics of the liquids involved. The specifications below provide a general guide only. Filling speeds indicated are approximate and are based on liquids of water-like viscosity. Actual filling output will depend on individual liquid characteristics, container openings and efficiency of inplant liquid handling facilities. Liquids more or less viscous than water will fill proportionately slower or faster. To select the appropriate model, enter the "Container Range and Speed" chart with the diameter or width of the maximum size container to be handled and with the operating speed desired for the full range of containers to be filled. Then with the frame size indicated for the model selected, enter the "Machine Dimension" chart to determine actual floor plan dimensions. PAKA STRAIGHT-LINE Semi-Automatic Fillers PAKA Straight-line semi-automatic liquid fillers are built to the same exacting standards as PAKA Rotaries but are designed primarily to meet the lower speed requirements with complete versatility and minimum investment. ALL PAKA STRAIGHT-LINE FILLERS FEATURE: Interchangeable nozzles. Stainless steel liquid contact parts. No additional change parts needed complete adjustability. Simple handwheel adjustment for fill and container height. Self-aligning "T" slot spout heads for quick container size change. Clear plastic tubing. All liquid parts easy to clean. Wide choice of liquid handling and liquid control systems.

Semiautomatic operation ; stainless steel liquid contact parts and clear plastic tubing; have own liquid control tank or manifold (choice depends on filling problem) ; no motor or pump required; ideal for filling "F" type cans over quart size, and polyethylene containers. MODEL PV-1 VACUUM FILLERS FILL: thin, hot and cold viscous and foamy liquids; metal containers fractional ounces to quarts; glass containers up to gallons. Interchangeable nozzles 6, 8, 10 or 12 spouts. Semiautomatic operation ; stainless steel liquid contact parts and clear plastic tubing; have own liquid control tank ; automatic overflow assures uniform fill, equipped with vacuum pump, motor and stainless steel flat bed rail.
