In house special examinations In addition to routine hydrostatic and gas pressure tests which are carried out in our separate dedicated In-House valve test facility. further In-House examination options include: In-House low emission testing facilities dedicated to undertake static or cyclic functional tests acc. TA-Luft 2002 / VDI 2440 or ISO 15848-2 using helium as test media. In-House high pressure testing facilities dedicated to undertake high pressure gas tests acc. DIN 3230 Part 3 using air or nitrogen as test media (up to 220 bar). In-House live cycle testing of gate, globe, ball, plug and butterfly valves on own test bench. (Other examinations as X-Ray and MPI examinations can be done on request through external laboratries).

Necessary Test certificates acc. to DIN EN 10204-3.1 provided as standard, for all AVA stocked products. Owners manuals for all products can be submitted on request.
