This function allows you to create a zip file containing a series of information relative to the tool and the software used, essential for the TEXA assistance service to help you solve any problem you may encounter, information such as: System Information Report, folder LOG IDC4, DxDiag, Export of Tkey (Hasp key). The zip file, when required, can later be sent via email to the TEXA assistance in order to verify certain information relative to the situation at hand. The Troubleshooting icon can be found within the Settings menu.
