Keystone Corridor Improvements Partnering with Amtrak to maintain reliable, safe, and attractive service on the Keystone Corridor. Replaced wooden ties with concrete ties on tracks 1 and 4. Installed new continuous welded rail (CWR) between Zoo Interlocking and Paoli Station. Work performed by Amtrak forces. Cost to SEPTA: $42 million. 31
