Implementation of Web-based Permitting System (12/2013): HCRMA working with ProMiles to design and implement online permitting system to be made available through the HCRMA website. Weight Scales in Mexico (03/2014): Getting scales in Mexico installed and operational - Obtaining certification from PROFECO in Mexico for the weight scales about 1 month after installation. Weight scale operators/owners in Reynosa should also obtain certification from either Texas Dept. of Agriculture or one of their certified contractors to certify and calibrate weight scale. This can be done shortly after installation. Border Safety Inspection Facility at the Pharr POE (04/2014) 17 http://www.hcrma.net
