4 MAXIMUM LIGHT IN MINIMUM THICKNESS All FOLIO technology is contained in only 23 mm. The opal diffuser makes the design unique bringing the light right up to the edges. 23 mm
5 FOLIO luminous panels use a new technology that allows to obtain an incredible lighting power and unprecedented homogeneous distribution of light, all in a few millimeters of thickness. An opal diffuser that extends to the edges spreads the light which reaches the whole surface.

7 Extraordinary circumferences are our specialty. The particular technology in our products allows us to cover surfaces that are greater than average, with no joining elements, and with a uniform light distribution that is not altered even with great sizes.
8 UNIQUE LASER INCISION The microprism incision diffuses the light in a perfectly uniform way thanks to the FOLIO algorithm.
9 FOLIO laser incision is based on a particular mathematical algorithm we developed over many years of research and work. This has allowed us to obtain an incision that creates microprisms which change according to the panel s characteristics, such as size, LED quantity, color temperature and shapes. In this way we can guarantee really uniform light distribution.

35 EDGE LIGHTING FOLIO TECHNOLOGY LED strip Laser-incised panel The light source LED LIGHT The FOLIO technology is edge lighting, an indirect lighting method that uses the light produced by the LED strips. These bars are firmly fixed around the laser-incised PMMA panel and the light is channeled inside the slab and redistributed by the incised microprisms. Aluminum tray Light distribution DIFFUSED LIGHT Surface with microprisms The surface with microprisms distributes the light uniformly, as if it came from many microscopic sources aligned like pixels on a screen. These small incised dots are governed by a complex FOLIO algorithm we have perfected over the years. The density distribution of the dots is not the same on the whole panel, but varies according to size, color, number of incised sides and the quantity of lumens it must transmit. The final result makes it impossible to recognize on which side the LED strip has been installed. Opal diffuser Uniform surface The diffuser To make the lighting source even more uniform, we position in front of the incised slab an opal diffuser, which eliminates the discontinuous effect of the dots and makes our products distinctive and unique. It s thanks to this surface, welded to the rest of the lamp, that the lights appears perfectly uniform, with no smears, blotches or flares. In many of our products the light is visible also from the sides as the diffuser is not covered on the sides by frames.
