The principle is simple: When in close proximity to any obstacle, the pressure drops quickly up to 0.5 bar once directly in contact with the object. Conversely, as soon as the nozzle is removed from the obstacle, the pressure rises automatically

Noise level Technical features We have completed some testing that refer to the noise levels of our new blow gun. Two different protocols have been used by the independent company 01dB-Metravib, member of the AREVA Group: 1) Measurement following the ISO 15744 norm : portable machines with non-electric engine - Code for the measurement of noise levels Method of expertise. In that case, 3 microphones are positioned at 1 meter around the geometrical centre of the blow gun, following the positions determined by the ISO 15744 norm (points 1, 4 and 5). The measures are performed in an acoustic room. 2) Measurement at the workstation : a measurement is realized at ear level of the operator in a realistic position. The operator holds the blow gun in front of him, his arm half bended, air escape at his front, that is to say at about 60cm of his ear.
