Low Cost Electricity Micro-Grid Service and Biofuel Kevin Marnell
1. Initial development work in 2010 as part of a consultancy for the Fiji Department of Energy and the World Bank to plot a realistic biofuel strategy for the South Pacific region. 2. Fiji DOE and World Bank sponsored R&D into a reliable and lower cost biofuel at the highest possible coconut oil content. 3. Warrior Biojet Inc. formed officially in June of 2013. We currently provide engineered biofuel processing systems to coconut producers in the South Pacific. 4. Warrior Biojet s R&D and fabrication facility is located in Portland Oregon, co-located with a biodiesel plant where Warrior provides engineering support. 5. Renewable diesel and Bio-Jet fuel manufacturing development work is performed in Oregon.
Remote Islands Energy Problem No local petroleum refineries. All liquid fuels come by ship. Fuels supply is unreliable and expensive. Power is dependent on diesel generators. Cost between $0.80 and $2.00 USD per KWH. (*Citation) Oregon pays ~8.5. Expensive energy prices lead to restricted and incomplete infrastructure. Energy Poverty strangles economic development. Warrior Biojet is committed to stay in the region and solve the problem of expensive and unreliable energy, with the adoption of coconut based biofuels.
Complete Micro-Grid Implementation Warrior Biofuel Generator Set Micro-Grid Service Copra harvest and processing increases employment. Copra meal by-product animal feed delivers increased nutrition and an improved standard of living. Secure energy supply of cost effective & reliable biofuel via locally produced coconut oil. Valuable currency is conserved when generators run on Warrior biofuel rather than imported diesel. Electricity is delivered to the community at substantially reduced rates via Warrior supplied micro-grid infrastructure.
The Solution to Coconut Oil Fuel Previous problems with coconut oil fuel are resolved. Clean burning biofuel eliminates engine deposits via the Warrior combustion enhancing catalyst package. Increased fuel economy and reduced soot results, compared to petroleum diesel. Only Warrior produces reliable coconut oil biofuel with greater than 20% coconut oil blend, without relying on engine modification. Without effective catalyst enhancement, lower coconut blends still cause engine damage. Remote islands require reliable biofuel and cannot tolerate expensive repairs or wait months for parts.
Tailored to your application. BioPower is operates well on large dieselelectric generator applications. Contains 80% coconut oil. Clean burning, exceeds the #2 specification on cetane, carbon residue, and ash. BioMarine is reliable on medium size generator sets, heavy equipment, and marine applications. 70% coconut oil content supports the rural economy while selling to large consumers. BioRoad: Is a 60% coconut oil fuel which meets the #2 diesel specifications in all aspects except distillation temperature.
Suitable for new diesel engines Biofuel at 5% upgrades the quality of #2 grade petroleum diesel and is suitable for all types of new diesel engines. Warrior biofuel is an on-specification fuel product which conforms to international fuel blending practices. The bio-fraction of a biofuel blend must be a stand-alone fuel which meets fuel quality standards, without relying on the blend to bring the bio-fraction into specification as part of a biofuel blend.

Affordable biofuel production & ongoing support Estate owners, business leaders, and local governments may purchase a Warrior biofuel production plant, coconut oil extruder, and electric generator. Equipment can be financed against the value of the land. World-Bank loan guarantees are available. ROI < 2 years. Carbon offset revenue is available to fuel customers. Gross Margins 10.5% on biofuel. Revenue on both biofuel and electricity. Warrior provides on-going support to insure that the biofuel plant and electricity utility delivers a profit. Reliable renewable energy production achieves economic, social, and environmental objectives.
Strategic Relationships Warrior operates biofuel manufacturing plants in Fiji. Warrior is able to function independently in the South Pacific with the rights of a Fijian company. Warrior s partners are copra & coconut oil producers, with established biofuel production sites for wholesale and retail biofuel distribution. Warrior reports to the Fiji Department of Energy, Ministry of Works and Energy, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Prime Minister s office to define national energy policy and fuel standards. Warrior works with the University of the South Pacific, Oregon State University Chemical Engineering Department, and Colorado State University Engines & Energy Conversion Lab on biofuel product design and manufacturing process design.
Business Opportunity & Warrior Installed base of coconut oil & biofuel production Regional need for affordable electricity and biofuel Exclusive product design & proven quality Low manufacturing cost & low capital cost Creates an opportunity for joint-venture partners to develop the Pacific region for production & sales of biofuel. Warrior s R&D program is underway for production of advanced 2 nd generation military-grade renewable jet-fuel, based on Warrior s innovative process design and network of coconut oil raw material production sites in the South Pacific. Warrior has a competitive advantage to develop advanced renewable diesel and jet fuel based on coconut oil production in the South Pacific. This is not an offer to sell securities.
