Precision Down Feed Mechanism: Driven by AC servomotor and grade C ball screw, with minimum increment capability. Manual pulse generator(mpg) is also available for user's convenience. Close-loop linear scale displays real vertical position, guarantees the excellent grinding accuracy. (option) Longitudinal Transmission Mechanism Hydraulic drive with special-designed valve smoothes table reversing and enables the - 2m/min variable table speed. Precision Crossfeed Mechanism: Driven by AC servomotor and grade C ball screw, with minimum increment capability.manual pulse generator(mpg) is also available for user's convenience.( model) With servo controlled cross movement, surface grinding mode can be selected to grind the slot bottom when the slot is wider than the width of grinding wheel to meet the needs of various grinding applications. Auto. Wheel Dressing and Compensation Integrated in auto. grinding cycle, dressing down feed is driven by stepping motor while forward/backward is driven by hydraulic with adjustable passing speed. Structure Main castings such as Column, Table and Base are made of high quality castiron and tempering treated to assure high grinding accuracy. The elevating guide ways are hardened and grounded then firmly secured to the column structure thus result the smooth wheel head elevation and precision Spindle is supported by P4 super precision angular contact ball bearings which are preloaded and select fitted into spindle housing to guarantee the within 0.00 runout, for accurate, heavy-duty and stable grinding. All the spindles are well assembled in KENT by skilled and experienced technician in a dustproof and constant temperature-controlled room and are inspected by computerized apparatus to prevent the temperature rise, noise and vibration. The table construction is fully ribbed in order to achieve the necessary rigidity. one V one flat slide ways are laminated wiith Turcite B antifriction material in contact with the bed surface to guarantee smooth table movement irrespective of the load on the table. Separated electrical control box and ergonomically desigred touch screen panel offer comfortable and convenient operation environment. Carefully selected and well arranged electric components are housed in the electric cabinet, for easy inspection, quick replacement and maintenance.
