ENGINEERING The technical department is composed of a team of 10 specialized engineers having mechanical and electrical skills; each product sectors have qualified and specific engineer. This organization allows : Products totally designed and developed internally with the support of specific software (Solid Works, 3D Modelling, Fem Analisys) and in cooperation with the production department; Products engineering according to clients drawings and /or in compliance with their standards.

R & D The R&D department is focalized on the market request or suggested by our experience. Starting from an idea, we analyze feasibility and evaluate costs & benefits, we go through project and prototypes up to the final tests. Constant monitoring of new technologies and materials due to cost reduction or technical improvement. Is suitable to be installed in very aggressive environments, such as Cementery, Galvanizing Plant, Steel Plant, etc. Its wide power range (from 110 to 1000A), makes ISOL-CAR the ideal system for energy supply of overhead bridge and gantry cranes, hoist, monorails and so on.
