Options : Hose reel and lance : the user can rinse the outside of the sprayer after the application and before leaving the field Autonet for the sequential dilution : this system brings an economic and simple solution for waste management At the end of the field or at the end of the application, the user stops and activates the "Autonet" function. He indicates the quantity of clean water that he wants to transfer to the main tank. After that, the diluted chemicals will be sprayed on the field. This operation can be done many times with a small quantity of water (cf. Autonet chart) Safe filling - TECFLOW : anti-overfilling security. An antioverfilling sensor is linked to a buzzer and to the filling valve. When the tank is full, the sensor automatically closes the circuit - NOVAFLOW : manages main and rinse tank filling. It consists of a console, a 2" flowmeter, a 2" motorized valve and a full tank sensor. The user records the quantity required in the tank and starts the filling process. When the quantity selected is reached, the valve is automatically closed. As far as the anti-overfilling sensor is concerned, it automatically closes the valve as soon as the tank is full and whatever the quantity recorded. This personal assistant also helps the user to operate the multi-way valves by showing him the different operations. - NOVAFLOW PA : it offers the same functionalities as the NOVAFLOW but offers more in terms of assistance by using electronicaly controlled valves. THE REGULATION Whatever your application, TECNOMA offers DPAE regulation with flowmeter : NOVATEC and NOVATOP on all models. The distribution is realized thanks to TECNOMA solenoid valves or by mean of pneumatic nozzle holders where permanent boom circulation AGP is fitted. How does the TECNOMA DPAE work : All the TECNOMA DPAE regulations work with a flowmeter. Different flows are measured through the flowmeter, insensitive to pressure, viscosity or density variation. The user just needs to program the volume/ ha. DPAE NOVATEC and NOVATOP regulations offer a "return regulation circuit". Thanks to this system, even if the boom sections are closed, the circuit continues to regulate, so, with accuracy and immediate effect to the chemicals being applied, pressure and flow will be maintained irrespective to the numbers of boom sections in use. NOVATEC / novatop With the NOVATEC as (canbus technology) and NOVATOP (ISOBUS 11783 technology) both available as DPAE regulation with flowmeter. Only one control box in the cab (screen in colour for the NOVATOP) integrating ll regulation, hydraulic and spraying functions.
