SECTION 1. 600V SWITCHBOARD I. ENGINE/GEN CONTROL CUBICLES LTI POWER SYSTEMS will provide four (4) Engine/Gen Control Cubicles, each to include: 1 1 2000AF/2000ACS/2000ARP, ABB E3 or equal, Stationary Mount Circuit Breaker with LI solid state trip unit, UV release and necessary auxiliary contacts, 85 Kaic, 600 V, 60Hz, 3 pole 2 1 Generator RUN Indicating Lamp 3 1 Circuit Breaker CLOSED Indicating Lamp 4 1 Kvar/Kw Transducer module for control and instrumentation 5 1 The Woodward EGCP-2 is a microprocessor based complete generator control and engine management package. It is designed for use with an automatic voltage regulator and speed control to automate and protect the diesel or gas engine based generator sets. II. COOLING CUBICLE LTI POWER SYSTEMS will provide one (1) cooling system containing, at minimum, the following: 1 1 Appropriately sized Cooling System Circulation Pump and Motor w/ all Necessary Protective Devices 2 1 Appropriately Sized Radiator Type Heat Exchanger 3 Lot Alarm System including: a. Pressure Switches (High/Low) b. Temperature Switches (High/Low) c. Flow Switch d. Tank Level Switch 4 Lot Necessary wiring, hardware, and material needed for fully functional Cooling System SECTION 3. CONTROL SYSTEM I. MUD PUMP CONSOLE LTI POWER SYSTEMS will provide one (1) stainless steel, NEMA 4X Mud Pump Console containing the following: 1 1 Mud Pump Drive Available-Fault indicating light 2 3 Mud Pump Throttles 3 3 Mud Pump Assignment Switches (ON/OFF) 4 1 Purging on Indicating Light 5 1 Pressurization fault alarm indicating light 6 1 Mud Pump Alarm Accept Pushbutton 7 1 Lamp Test Pushbutton 8 1 PLC interface 9 3 Local Control Available Lights II. SECTION 4. POWER HOUSE I. POWER CONTROL HOUSE LTI POWER SYSTEMS will provide one (1) Power Control House with approximate dimensions of 40 L x 10 W x 11 H. Material shall be carbon steel. Base of the house shall be constructed of channel perimeter with horizontal stringers to support a four point top lift. The power control house shall have two (2) entry/exit doors, 3 x 8, for personnel and equipment access. Door construction shall be gasketed and self closing. The door shall be of locking type with panic hardware and door closers. The door components shall be of heavy-duty construction. Vertical supports shall be of standard tubular steel and shall meet all load requirements. Exterior walls, roof and flooring shall be made of ¼ plate. Welds shall be of full penetration on exterior steel exposed to the elements. Interior welds shall be staggered. The interior walls and ceiling are made of 16-gauge galvanneal metal, primed and painted white. The flooring shall be ¼ steel plate painted ANSI 61 Gray. The flooring shall be covered with insulated matting. Plug panel will be located in recessed compartment located on one side of the house. Plugs and receptacles will be Pyle National. One (1) 42 circuit, 600Y/220Volt lighting panel will be mounted on an interior wall to provide power for lighting and other devices. Fluorescent lighting fixtures will be provided for aisle lighting. An emergency light with battery back-up will also be included in the interior of the house. The two (2) air conditioning units will be roof mount type, rated at 3 tons each. The air conditioner will be controlled by a thermostat located inside the house. The supply for the air conditioner will be a 3-phase, 600V. The power control house will be sandblasted prior to painting. The exterior of the building will be painted with a vinyl wash coat primer and a top coat of polyurethane paint. II. 600V MOTOR CONTROL CENTER LTI POWER SYSTEMS will provide six (6) sections of Motor Control Center. The MCC will be 600V, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, with NEMA rated starters and breakers. The main bus bar will be tin plated copper. Each starter will include a 600:120 control power transformer. Number of sections may change based on customer-supplied motor load list.

III. TRANSFORMER SECTION LTI POWER SYSTEMS will provide the following transformers to include: 1 2 150kVA, 600:220V, 60Hz, 3 ph, 4 W, Lighting Transformers SECTION 5. EMERGENCY 600V SWITCHBOARD I. EMERGENCY 600V MCC SECTION LTI POWER SYSTEMS will provide one (1) section of Motor Control Center. The MCC will be 600V, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, with NEMA rated starters and breakers. The main bus bar will be tin plated copper. Each starter will include a 600:120 control power transformer. SECTION 6. 220V SWITCHBOARD I. 220V FEEDER SECTION LTI POWER SYSTEMS will provide 220V electrical panel to include: 1 8 30AT Stationary Mount Circuit Breakers for Engine Heaters 2 8 20AT Stationary Mount Circuit Breakers for Engine Lights 3 2 100AT Stationary Mount Circuit Breakers for Drill Floor Panel and Mud Log 4 2 20AT Stationary Mount Circuit Breakers for 220V UPS 5 4 150AT Stationary Mount Circuit Breakers 6 1 50AT Stationary Mount Circuit Breaker for Spare
