Any driver who accumulates 10 or more points on his or her driving record during a three-year period shall be disqualified from driving until he or she becomes eligible again. The determination by the vehicle insurance carrier or selfinsurance administrator of the District that a driver employed by the District is non-insurable will be deemed good cause for disqualifying the employee from driving immediately.
