Tyra West Exhaust Stacks for LM2500 2 x LM2500 Exhaust Stacks Maersk Olie Og Gas AS The Tyra West contract from Maersk was for the supply of 2 no. turbine exhaust systems in the form of vertical stacks for 2 no.lm2500 gas turbines on the Tyra West platform E in the North sea. The particular feature of these stacks was the adoption of a floating inner skin to accommodate thermal growth and a relatively cool outer skin which together, with insulation between, was designed to prevent thermal stress failure.
