Company Overview U.P Service Automotive (M) Sdn Bhd, was established on 3 rd October 2005, a 100% Malaysian owned and operated company specialising in vehicle repair and preventive maintenance service provider in the northern region of Malaysia. From humble beginnings we have grown from a small operation into an organisation that boasts a modern range of technology and equipments to accommodate the ever changing needs of our clients and the environment in which we live in. We are an authorised service dealer for HICOM and TATA Motors. Ever since the incorporation of U.P Service Automotive, the brand has established itself as a formidable service dealer especially in the commercial vehicle industry. Today we have 3 service outlets strategically located each one at Penang Island, Seberang Perai and Kulim, Kedah to offer the best services for our clients irrespective how big or how small they are. Our service centers are open six days a week and a special team on standby on Sundays and Public Holidays! Our service centers have diagnostic and maintenance equipment that is capable of performing advanced services required by your vehicles. We perform repairs, maintenance and services with trusted, expert mechanics. U.P Service Fleet Services program includes service notifications and reporting to let you know when services are due and on which vehicles. We even flag services that are severely past due. Fleet Breakdown Service We at U.P Service Automotive will ensure that all vehicles under our Fleet Maintenance Program are back on the road as quickly and safely as possible throughout the Northern Region whenever there is a breakdown. We have our own dedicated team focused on breakdowns available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and for 365 days of the year. A roadside repair will be attempted by our team, but where this is not possible the vehicle will be brought back to one of our nearest service centre to rectify the problem. This dedicated 24 hours breakdown service is offered only to selected Fleet Maintenance Program customers who have signed up for Fleet Breakdown Service. With accounting and automobile engineering background he has created a new business model which has been successfully implemented in U.P Service Automotive where the company is seeing back to back growth at the same time providing the highest level of service to all his customers irrespective how big or how small they are. Name Age Education Experience : Vikines Sri : 30 Years : Bachelor of Human Resources (Hons) (UUM) : 6 years of experience in top level management handling, human resource department and administration. She was instrumental in developing in house human resource programs to enhance mechanics knowledge and confidence in handling customers and their mechanical related problems. She also holds the position of accounts manager where her main concern area is receivable accounts. Name Age Education Experience : G. Kathir Veloo : 60 Years : Diploma in Automobile Engineering : Mr. Veloo is the most senior staff in U.P Service Automotive where he holds the senior managers post. His vast experience in automobile industry back dates to over 40 years where he started as an apprentice for a bus company in Kedah.
