1. Or Assemble the main wing joiner, glue the three pieces into one, clip and hold until dry. 2. Cut the covering film at the wing joining part. Glue the wing joiner to one piece of the main wing. 3. Assemble the aileron Insert hinge into the hole on aerofoil, fix it still and stick it with instant glue. Connect the other side of aerofoil and fix the two sides with instant glue. P3
4 Glue the main wing float. Pay attention that float is in alignment with wing rib end. Foam sticker is only used at front and back. Do not use it excessively. 5 Assemble main wing and fuselage connecting bolt. 6 Assemble the aileron servo Put the servo arms at center position, render the connecting wire and pushrod in right angle. Servo is to be purchased separately. 7 Assemble the main wing. 8. Install servo the waterproof cover for P4
Use instant glue to fix the fuel tank s mount. Strengthen the firepwall with 3X20 flat-head screw. Insert the nut to fix the engine mount. Fix the engine mount. Install it on the side. Install the servo for throttle, making sure it can withstand shock. P5 Insert servo wire through this hole on fuselage. P5
Assemble the fuel tank. Sequence: top- fuel filling tube; middle- pressure pipe bottom-fuel supply tube Fuel supply tube and pressure tube are going through the two holes to connect fuel tank. Install engine throttle back position servo. llustrated is full throttle position. Throttle at idle status. Throttle at full speed. P6
Throttle cut-off. Illustration of assembling engine mount. Cut off the drawing as illustrated. Cover the cut-off drawing onto cowling and draw. Cut off the drawing part. Cut off the groove part at end of cowling. Mount the engine cowling and fuel tank cover. Finished engine seat. P7
