A quality product suitable for general residential application. proprietary made and compact design fan is designed for use in general ventilation applications with circular ducting where high pressure low flow performance is required such as hotel, commercial office, bathroom, toilet exhaust and workshops. General Specification Air performance tested under ISO581 with installation type C, with ducted inlet and unducted outlet. These tests were carried out in the our laboratory. Ratings are referred to the standard air density of 1.2 kg/m 3. Casing are manufactured from quality galvanised steel sheet with standard colored coating that further enhance corrosion resistance. The fan inlet and outlet spigot connection that can suit for standard circular duct connection from Φ mm to Φ 315mm diameter. All models are suitable for upwards or inverted mounting with horizontal discharge or vertical discharge. Impeller are backward curved and the assemblies are statically and dynamically balanced. Motors are totally enclosed type with insulation class F and enclosure class to IP44. Pre-wired capacitor on single phase fans. Motors are fully speed controllable by using transformer type speed controller (optional). Maximum ambient operating temperature is from -4 C to + C with R.H.up to +95% depends on actual operating duty and conditions. The operating conditions must be noncombustible. Bearings are sealed-for-life and maintenance-free ball bearing type. Electrical supply 23V single phase Hz Electrical connections are prewired to an external terminal box with removable cover on the fan casing. 2

Installation 1. The fan should be rigidly fixed to the mounting plate if provided using four M6 bolts. 2. Standard fans are suitable for handling air containing free moisture, not for any air containing corrosive or flammable fumes or explosive mixtures, the installation should be treated with caution. 3. Depending upon the requirements of fan operation and control, i.e. Speed control, it may be necessary to select an alternative connection diagram. Please consult your local distributor for technical assistance. 4. The air flow may be varied by controlling the speed of the motor with a suitable speed regulator. The maximum ambient temperature in which an individual fan may be used is given on the nameplate. 5. Please consult your local distributor if in doubt with the application. Safety, Operation and Maintenance 1. This product contains rotating parts and electrical connections which can be a danger and cause injury. 2. Whatever the application, do not access from either side to the rotating parts whilst the fan is operating. 3. The fan must be earthed and no installation or maintenance work should be attempted without first switching off and isolating the fan and its controls from the electrical supply until the rotating parts fully stop running. 4. It is the responsibility of the users fan is suitable for the conditions of use, and that installation and regular maintenance should be carried out by certified engineer in accordance with these instructions. 5. The fan may be run with the shaft at any angle. The motor is protected to IP44, having sealed, spigot joints, terminal box lid, and face seal at the shaft end. If the fan is to operate outdoors or in damp air, the fan should be operating continuously. 6. Cleaning should be done within 3 months and do not damage the impeller assembly. Direct water or detergent should not be used. Storage 1. When you receive your fan, please check the size, speed and electrical supply details are as required. 2. The fans should be stored in a clean, dry location and cartons should not be stacked more than 2 meters high. 6
