ISAF Introduction ISAF is part of Bouygues -Colas-Colas Rail Group, from August 2008. Colas Rail is a leader in railway infrastructure construction, for the construction, modernization and maintenance of all types of railway lines. ISAF is a specialized constructor for large volume investment works, in major fields like: electrification, signaling and telecommunications. ISAF has its headquarter & facilities in Bucharest, Romania and two subsidiaries abroad, in Greece & Bulgaria.

LGV Bretagne Pays de la Loire

LGV Bretagne-Pays de la Loire The LGV Bretagne-Pays de la Loire is a highspeed rail line under construction, running between Connerré (near Le Mans) and Cesson- Sévigné (near Rennes), in France. Scheduled to be complete in late 2016, it will be serviced by TGV trains operated by SNCF, the France national railway company. Colas Rail is the contractor for catenary works.

Key Figures Works: 181 km new line (362 km of catenary); 44 km connections to existing lines; 7 cut-and-cover tunnels; 5 overpass; 10 viaducts. Budget: All project: 3.3 B ; Catenary Project: 76 M. Outcomes: Commercial speed: 320 km/h; Less than 1h30 between Paris and Rennes.

Key Figures Catenary Project Main Materials: 10 000 foundations and poles; 760 km of aluminum/steel conductor; 527 km of bronze cable. Working rate: 40 poles foundation per day; 1200 meters unwinding of cables per day.

Key Figures Catenary Project The Staff: 1 design office with ten designers; 1 team of 20 people for the supervision of project; 2 site managers; 10 team managers; about 130 workers. The work bases: 1 works base in Saint-Berthevin; 1 work base in Sablé-sur-Sarthe; 1 workshop in Vaiges.

ISAF involvement in LGV Bretagne-Pays de la Loire Project Design for Overhead Contact Line Project data: Scope: V350STI overhead line type; 60 km of overhead line (analyzed sections); 30 overpasses. Drawing up of OHL mounting plans of interface with overpasses in compliance with input data (overpasses plans, layout plans) and characteristics of V350STI overhead line; Calculation/verification of insulating distance between cables (messenger, feeder) and overpasses components, according with requirements imposed by technical specification of overhead line type.

ISAF involvement in LGV Bretagne-Pays de la Loire Project Subcontracting works Duration of the works: October 2015 July 2016; Workforce: 1 team manager & 6 qualified workers.

ISAF future involvement in LGV Bretagne-Pays de la Loire Project Subcontracting works increasing the workforce and working with our plants (including the two new acquired Self Propelled Platforms RMS 12)

Electrification Overview More than 50 years experience in the railway electrification field ISAF in Romania and abroad: Greece, Bulgaria, Morocco. The division receive effective support from the Production Division that manufactures at competitive price and delivers on time a wide range of electrification equipment. Main services provided by Electrification: Construction of OHL for railway and for urban transport; Installation of the Electric Power Supply (EPS) of OHL; Installation and design of substation systems; Installation of the remote control of power supply.

ISAF - Main Electrification references in Romania Electrification works on most of the electrified railway lines: Bucharest- Timisoara-Arad, Craiova-Simeria, Bucharest-Brasov-Alba Iulia-Deva-Arad- Curtici, Teius-Cluj, Brasov-Deda-Beclean, Bucharest-Suceava, Suceava Beclean-Cluj, Focsani-Iasi, Bucharest-Constanta, Buzau-Galati, Galati-Tecuci (ongoing project); Modernization works of the electrified railway: on 4th Pan-European Corridor, Sections: Bucharest North- Campina, Bucharest-Baneasa-Fundulea, Campina- Predeal, Curtici-Arad, Atel-Sighisoara, Sighisoara-Micasasa and Micasasa- Coslariu (ongoing projects); Power supply works on 4th Pan-European Corridor, Section: Campina-Predeal; Mounting the overhead and underground optical fiber cable for S.N.C.F.R.; Electrification works for tramway and trolleybus, in the major cities: Bucharest, Ploiesti, Arad,Targoviste, Craiova, Bacau; Electrification works for metro depot in Bucharest.

ISAF- Main Electrification references Abroad Greece: Railway electrification works: Thessaloniki Idomeni; Leptokaria Evanghelismos; Polikastro Idomeni; Inoi Tithorea. Tramway works in Athens; Tramway Electrification works at: Athens tramway depot; Thessaloniki depot; Athens metro depot; Direct current traction substations works at the Athens tramway. Bulgaria: Railway electrification works: Krumovo Parvomai Project; Railway electrification works: Dimitrovgrad Harmanli Project (Ongoing). Railway electrification works: Svilengrad Harmanli Project (Ongoing).

Capabilities: OHL components design (railway, tramway and Trolley Bus); Power supply components design; Electrical protection elements design; Telecom products design; Site quality control, verifications, testing and commissioning; Technical management of procurement.
