Warranty The Conductor s Podium is guaranteed free of defects in materials and workmanship for five full years. Our guarantee assures you of either a full refund or repair or replacement of the defective materials or workmanship without charge, at the discretion of our Customer Service Department. Just call a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-887-7145 and state the reason you are dissatisfied. If a product return is necessary, your representative will issue a return authorization. This is your sole remedy for breach of this warranty. Should you have a question or problem with any Wenger product, don t hesitate to call, even if the product is past warranty. It s important to us that all our customers be satisfied. This is the sole warranty made by Wenger. assembly 1. Insert a Plug into both open ends at the bottom of the Back Railing. 2. Lay the Back Railing flat on the carpeted surface of the Upper Podium. Align the pre-drilled holes in the Back Railing with the slots in both Mounting Brackets. 3. Secure the Back Railing to both Mounting Brackets with a Round Retainer Pin in each. OperatiOn set-up 1. With both Podiums upright on the wheels, roll them near the performance location. 2. Lay the Base Podium flat with the carpeted surface facing up. 3. Place the Upper Podium with the carpeted surface facing up on to of the Base Podium in either the left-step or right-step configuration. OperatiOn (COntinUed) set-up (ConTInueD) 4. Lift up slightly on the Upper Podium and lower the Clamp to engage the Base Podium. Be certain that the Clamp is secure.! WarninG Podium can tip unless clamp securely engages base. Back Rail 5. Lift up on the Back Rail and raise it to be vertical. Lift the ends of the Back Rail into the Mounting Brackets. Clamp 7
OperatiOn Take-Down 1. Lift up on the Back Rail and fold it down to rest on the Upper Podium. 2. Release the Clamp from the Base Podium and fold it underneath the Upper Podium. Back Rail Clamp 3. Tip each Podium onto the wheels to roll them away. 8
