REGULATED VENTILATION FOR LIFT SHAFTS SIMPLE AND EFFICIENT BLUEKIT VENTILATION FLAPS INNOVATION SAFETY w w w.b l u ek i t.eu EFFICIENCY

The ventilation components constitute a key factor for ventilation regulation and optimization. They are crucial for the execution of an efficient energetic concept and contribute to the decrease of building operating costs. It is possible to combine our BlueKit system with louvre windows or ventilation flaps which are in accordance with EN 12101-2, together or without protection accessories such as weather protection grilles or roof vents. Ventilation flap JK-190 Modernisation Description Smoke and heat exhaust ventilation (SHEV) device allowing a surface-mounted closure of the permanent lift shaft opening in existing buildings. The flap is fitted for horizontal or vertical non-integrated installation. The flap s spring return motor ensures its opening in case of power failure. Characteristics Non-integrated solution surface mounting Does not decrease the ventilation surface The additional 10 mm depth of the frame allows a wider ventilation surface (free movement of the blades and airflow increase between the blades) Can be adapted to all openings Easy ventilation flap installation and motor maintenance Louvres made of aluminum profile, streamlined and torsion-resistant Pre-assembled and pre-cabled motor Motor cabling with RJ45 connector for easy connection to BlueKit system Solution for the ventilation flap mounting in a corner with additional mounting angles (accessories) Motor with positive safety function in case of power failure The flexible solution for modernisations Spring return motor certified according to: EN 12101-2 Supplementary products Sealing tape expanding, used for sealing between the ventilation flap and shaft wall (included in the mounting set) 18 Technical specification JK-190 Louvres Aluminium Seals EPDM-rubber Material Profiled sheet steel, dimensionally stable Thickness 1,5 mm Spring return motor Power supply 24 VAC/DC Torque 20 Nm Functional safety 11.000 cycles (EN certification) Service life 60.000 emergency positions (manufacturer specifications) Run-time Closing via motor 150 sec.
