Plast/Joint The mechanical connection with unique one bolt system for plastic pipes d63 d315
Plast/Joint >> Quick and efficient installation due to one bolt system >> Do you encounter repairs at difficult to reach places in your piping system? Is the pipe that needs repair situated in a trench full of water or is the necessary electricity not available? Is there hardly any space to move the pipe to do a good repair? If so, we have the solution that is designed for these situations: the Plast/Joint fitting. The one bolt system enables an easy, quick and efficient repair. Connecting plastic pipes When it comes to underground piping systems, plastic pipes are used more and more. The Plast/Joint fully accommodates this development, because of its ability to easily make transitions in plastic piping systems, such as PE, PVC, PB and also PEX. The Plast/Joint fitting is available in the sizes d63 up to and including d315 as a coupling and a flange adaptor model. The Plast/Joint fittings can operate at a pressure of 16 bar for water and 8 bar for gas. Fields of applications Water transport Water distribution Gas distribution Waste water Maintenance and repair Industrial applications
>> The alternative when electro fusion or butt fusion is not possible >> Indispensable alternative The Plast/Joint fittings are designed for situations where little to no room is available to do the repair. Thanks to the one bolt design the fitting can easily be installed. You only need to turn one single bolt instead of 4, 6 or 8 and before tightening the nut you can move the clamping ring in any desired position. If electricity is not available and electro fusion or butt fusion is not an option, the Plast/Joint is your solution. The one bolt design allows you to make a connection without the use of welding machines or special tools. Therefore the Plast/Joint fittings are an indispensable alternative when electro fusion or butt fusion is not possible or desired. Multi-lip progressive sealing system The Multi-lip rubber gasket is a progressive sealing system that is reinforced with a plastic ring. This ring provides absolute assurance that the rubber gasket stays in place when the pipe is pushed into the fitting. The progressive sealing system ensures a leak tight connection as the sealing force increases when the internal pressure rises.

>> Maintenance free connections >> Your benefits Easy installation where access is difficult thanks to the one bolt system Quick, efficient and cost effective installation, no machines or special tools necessary Durable and corrosion proof thanks to Resicoat epoxy powder coating Reusable Applicable for under- and above-ground use All weather use Long life expectancy The Plast/Joint fittings have an anticorrosion Resicoat epoxy powder coating. Resicoat can withstand all kinds of weather influences and therefore the Plast/Joint fittings are suitable for under- and aboveground use in water and gas applications. The Plast/Joint fittings are maintenancefree and have a designed life expectancy of at least 50 years. This ensures a constant supply of water and gas to the end user.
