First careful measurements are taken of your stairway, to ensure a perfect customised fitting, all individual features such as stair angle, newel posts and landing areas are noted. Looking good in your home Although Bison stairlifts are mechanical pieces of equipment they are designed as a piece of modern furniture, to blend subtly into your home. There are a number of upholstery and rail combinations to choose from. (see page 15). These design options, together with a quiet operation, make the Bison stairlift an attractive addition to any home. 7 Rails are fitted to the stairs and not walls, and will not damage your décor.

Meeting your individual needs Whatever your requirements, be they straight stairs, curved stairs, narrow stairs, outdoor stairs, heavy duty or power assisted needs, rest assured there is a Bison stairlift solution. Heavy duty stairlift, gives an extra 100mm (4 ) width between the arms and carries a person up to 180kg* (28 stones). Overcome your outdoor steps with an external lift. Manual & powered hinged tracks fold away allowing full access to a doorway or open corridor. The Stairlift Solution For some types of curved staircase the Powered Bridging Platform is a more cost effective option than a curved lift.
