Some tools required for installing: Hole Saw (92mm) Step Drill CRC or Similar Lubricant 1. Before installation, check that the snorkel application is compatible with your vehicle. 2. Remove air cleaner assembly, right-hand front indicator and air entry duct located between the inner and outer mudguards. 3. Apply masking tape to the front mudguard and right-hand windscreen pillar. 4. Tape the mounting hole template to the mudguard, making sure it is lined up with top of the mudguard (bonnet opening) and rear of the mudguard (door opening). 5. Using a felt tipped pen, mark all holes through the mounting template onto the mudguard. Remove the template. 6. Drill the stud mounting holes to 16mm and using a 92mm hole saw, cut the hole for air entry duct. 7. De-burr and rust-proof all holes (this applies to all holes drilled after this step). 8. Using a thread-locking compound, screw all studs into the snorkel body and attach the pillar mounting bracket loosely to the snorkel using the supplied M6 bolts. 1

9. Hold the snorkel body in position on the mudguard and mark the position of the mounting bracket on the windscreen pillar, then remove the snorkel. 10. Remove the bracket from the snorkel. Place the bracket on the pillar in the position previously marked, then mark the three mounting holes. 11. Drill the three mounting holes in the pillar to 7.5mm - when drilling, drill through the outer skin of the pillar only, and no further. Apply silicone sealant to the holes and insert the mounting plugs. 12. Attach the pillar mounting bracket using three self-tapping screws provided. 13. Install the snorkel body to vehicle using the supplied M8 Nyloc nuts and body washers, and attach it to the pillar mounting bracket using the supplied M6 bolts. 14. Attach the rubber joiner to the snorkel. Slide the two supplied hose clamps over hose but DO NOT tighten at this stage. 2

15. Refit the air cleaner assembly while engaging the air entry with the rubber joiner. 16. Secure the rubber joiner with the hose clamps. NOTE: The hose clamp for the snorkel can be accessed through the indicator opening. 17. Refit the front indicator. 18. Check all hose connections and the air box for potential leaks and seal as required. 19. Fit the air ram and secure it with the supplied hose clamp. 3
