Easy installation and removal from the pick-up bed. Compatible with all full size pick-up beds from 5-6 to 8 in length with at least 48 width between the wheel wells. May close the tail gate with the motorcycle removed in 5-6 and 6-6 bed lengths without having to remove the Cruiser Ramp system. 8 bed system may also be used in the 6-6 long pick-up bed. May load the motorcycle with or without the tail gate attached with 8 long pick-up beds. 1000 pound motorcycle load capacity. Winch = 3000 pound electric cable winch with 3/16 heavy duty wire rope. Switch = Remote switch with 15 of cable. Remote may be removed and stored in pickup cab. Standard, Self Locking Wheel Chock and Ratchet Axle Tie-Down Straps. 1500 pound load rating on the center motorcycle tire ramp. Loading Ramp Holders. Motorcycle removal feature. You do not have to pull the motorcycle out of the bed.

1. Read all the Owners Manual / Installation Instruction Material prior to attempting assembly and installation. 2. The Cruiser Ramp System was designed for full size pick-ups only. Fast Master Product s, Inc. is not responsible for any damage created from the attempt to install the Cruiser Ramp system into a pick-up bed that the system was not designed for. 3. Release the activation switch once the wheels make contact with the wheel stops. Continued activation may result in damage to the electric winch or cable. 4. NEVER crawl under the systems ramps while the motorcycle and platform are being loaded or are situated on the ramps. 5. Keep the remote switch cable away from the platform wheel tracks while loading or unloading the motorcycle. The switch cable could be damaged if the wheels roll over it. 6. Activate the rear platform wheel locks, prior to loading the motorcycle. 7. Ride or push the motorcycle front tire into the locking wheel chock slowly. 8. Axle tie-down straps must be secure prior to loading the motorcycle. Loading without the straps may cause the motorcycle s front tire to back out of the wheel chock while climbing the ramps causing or damage to the system and motorcycle. 9. Make sure that the bed track, bridge, and outside ramps, and middle ramp are lined up prior to system use. There is an alignment rod supplied for this purpose. 10. Always watch the system during the loading process. If any misalignment occurs, stop the loading process and correct the problem prior to continuing. 11. DO NOT over- tighten the bolts into the rivet nut inserts. Over tightening may cause the inserts to spin. 12. DO NOT raise the center tire ramp as the motorcycle is being loaded in order to achieve a greater clearance between the bottom of the motorcycle and pick-up bed or tailgate. If you have a lowered motorcycle or a raised pick-up bed height, let us know, and we can easily instruct you in how to gain the needed clearance when loading the motorcycle into the pick-up bed. 13. NEVER slide your hand down or let the winch cable slide through your hands while the winch is running. There may be sharp burs on the cable that may cause a severe cut. 14. Inspect the winch cable frequently, and replace when the cable shows signs of wear. 15. The motorcycle must be tied down into the pick-up bed prior to moving the vehicle. The Cruiser Ramp system was not designed as a tie-down system. 16. Safety chains must be attached to the platform base prior to moving the vehicle.

17. Modifications to the Cruiser Ramp system without written authorization from Fast Master Products, Inc. will remove Fast Master Products, Inc. from liability of injury or damage as well as void all warranties.

NOTE: THE CRUISER RAMP SYSTEM IS SHIPPED TO YOU COMPLETELY ASSEMBLED ON A PALLET. THE ONLY INSTALLATION NEEDED IS THE WIRING TO THE PICK-UP BATTERY, AND MOUNTING THE SYSTEM INTO THE PICK-UP BED. NOTE: THE CRUISER RAMP SYSTEM MAY BE ASSEMBLED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE TRUCK BED. NOTE PRIOR TO ASSEMBLY, CHECK THAT ALL COMPONENTS ARE PRESENT. IF NOT, PLEASE CALL TOLL FREE (866) 794-8357 NOTE THE CRUISER RAMP SYSTEM IS INTENDED FOR INSTALLATION INTO FULL SIZE PICK-UP BEDS WITH A MINIMUM DISTANCE BETWEEN THE WHEEL WELLS, OF 48. IN THE CASE OF STEP SIDE PICK-UPS, THAT WOULD BE 48 BETWEEN THE SIDE WALLS OF THE BED.

1. Insert the Cruiser Ramp into the bed at this time as shown below. Be careful not to scratch the bed. 2. Center the frame from side to side in the pick-up bed. 3. When adjusting the forward / rearward position: A. When installing into a 5-6, 6-6, or 8 long bed where the tailgate is to be used, place the system forward so that the front of the winch is as far forward as possible without hitting the front bed wall. If the Bridge Sub-Assembly rear hinge falls on top of the tailgate, move the system rearward enough to allow the hinge to drop over and beyond the end of the tailgate by approx. 1/8. B. When installing the system into a new Ford F150 with the deeper tailgate, install the frame so that the rear hinges on the Bed Track, with tailgate closed, are approx. 3/8 from the inside of the tailgate as shown in figure #10 above. C. With the 8 bed length where the tailgate is removed, move the system to the front of the bed so that the rear hinges are just inside the bed frame.

The below left photo is showing the system mounted into a new style Ford F150 6-6 bed with the tailgate open. The right photo is taken with the tailgate closed. Bed Floor Bed Floor Tailgate Open Tailgate Closed 4. With the system frame centered in the truck bed, and set from front to rear, locate the raised ribs along the pick-up bed floor. Find a rib on the right and left sides of the system under the Winch Tube Weldment Cross Member. 5. Locate the center of the rib. Mark the spot on top of the cross member. 6. Set the platform assembly onto the bed frames, and roll all of the way forward. You can raise the rear of the platform to clear the spring bar. Make sure that the wheel chock clears the front of your pickup bed so that when you load the bike, the chock will not hit the upper bed rail when fully loaded. 7. Drill through the center of the Winch Tube Weldment and through the center of the rib in the pick-up bed with a 5/16 drill bit. WARNING BEFORE DRILLING, CHECK UNDER THE PICK-UP BED TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU WILL NOT BE DRILLING INTO THE FUEL TANK OR WIRING. NOTE: Do not drill any holes within the wheel track area of the bed tracks.

8. Locate the rib location at the right and left side of the rear cross member. Again, find the center of the rib and drill a 5/16 hole through the center of the rear cross member and the top of the pick-up bed rib. 9. Move the Cruiser Ramp system back slightly in order to view the holes drilled into the bed floor. 10. If you have a bed liner in the truck bed, remove it for the next step, and also to remove any metal filings from the drilling. 11. With the supplied 17/32 Drill Bit, 3/8 shank, enlarge the holes in the bed floor to install the supplied Rivet Nuts. DO NOT OVERSIZE THE HOLES These Rivet Nuts should be inserted on top of one of the ribs on the floor. WARNING IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED, BUT IF YOU INSERT THE RIVET NUTS INTO THE VALLEY AREAS OF THE BED, MAKE SURE THAT SPACERS ARE USED BETWEEN THE BOTTOM OF THE SYSTEM FRAME AND THE RIVET NUT INSERT. IF NOT, YOU COULD PULL AND BEND THE PICK-UP BED SHEET METAL UPWARD WHEN TIGHTENING THE BOLTS.

Winch Tube Weldment Cross Member DO NOT DRILL ON THIS SIDE OF THE WHEEL STOP Wheel Stop NOTE These Rivet Nuts do not need to be inserted into the pick-up bed framework. They are very low profile and will not interfere with the use of the truck bed when the system is removed.

MODEL #AA184 HAND TOOL FOR A-K RIVNUT INSERTION 12. After drilling the 17/32 hole in the pick-up bed with the supplied drill bit, insert the supplied Rivnut into the drilled hole. NOTE: IF YOU HAVE A SPRAY ON BED LINER, YOU MUST CUT AROUND THE DRILLED HOLE (Approx 1/8 ) ENOUGH FOR THE RIVNUT TO SIT FLUSH WITH THE PICKUP BED. Manual Install Tool Rivnut 13. Insert the Manual Install Tool into the Rivnut and screw into the Rivnut all of the way. 14. Attach a 9/16 wrench to the lower hex fitting on the install tool. Manual Install Tool 9/16 Wrench 15. Attach a ½ wrench to the upper hex head on the install tool. Manual Install Tool ½ Wrench 9/16 Wrench or Socket

While activating the reverse function on the switch, pull on the rear of the platform until the platform breaks over onto the ramps. At this point gravity will take over and lower the platform. Quick Link Connector Winch Cable

28. Activate the Electric Winch to bring the front tires on the platform up to the bottom of the ramps. NOTE MAKE SURE THAT THE WINDINGS ON THE WINCH SPOOL ARE UNIFORM SO THAT THE CABLE WILL WIND UP EVENLY WITHOUT GAPS. 29. Flip the right and left side platform wheel grabbers over onto the rear tires as shown below. These are wheel locks to keep the platform in place while loading the motorcycle. The below top photo shows the wheel grabber in the stored position. The lower photo shows the activation position. NOTE ALWAYS REMEMBER TO DISENGAGE THE WHEEL GRABBERS PRIOR TO LOADING THE MOTORCYCLE. Disengaged position Wheel Grabber Engaged position Protective Bumper

30. Make sure that the pick-up is on level ground with a solid surface. 31. Install the Bridge Sub-Assemblies to the system. 32. Secure the Outer and Center Ramps to the Bridge Sub-Assemblies. Make sure that the Ramps and Bridge Sub-Assemblies are in line with the Cruiser Ramp system side frames. 33. Lower the platform to the bottom of the ramps, with the front tires just at the bottom of the outer ramps. 34. Set the motorcycle Front Tire Ramp at the rear center of the platform as shown below. Motorcycle Front Tire Ramp Locking Wheel Chock 35. Engage the right and left rear tire Wheel grabbers on the platform base as shown in step #29. 36. Lower the rear of the Locking Wheel Chock to the rear of the platform as shown above. 37. Ride the motorcycles front tire slowly into the locking wheel chock. Slamming the motorcycle into the wheel chock may make the platform skin on the ground surface. Place the motorcycle transmission into neutral. NOTE PULL INTO THE CHOCK SLOWLY. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SLAM THE MOTORCYCLE TIRE INTO THE LOCKING WHEEL CHOCK. ONCE THE TIRE IS IN THE WHEEL CHOCK, YOU CAN GET OFF OF THE MOTORCYCLE WITHOUT LOWERING THE KICKSTAND.

Attach the Axle Ratchet Tie-Down Straps (above photo) to the platform and motorcycle axle as shown above. Since the motorcycle is being pulled up the ramps, the straps eliminate the possibility of the bike coming out of the chock while loading. If you are unable to attach the mounting ratchets over the axle as shown, the straps may be used through the wheel spokes to hold the wheel into position while loading. Use the same tie-down locations. 39. Remove the Motorcycle Wheel Ramp from the rear of the platform. 40. Disengage the platforms rear tire wheel grabbers. WARNING THE AXLE TIE-DOWN STRAPS MUST BE IN PLACE PRIOR TO LOADING THE MOTORCYCLE.

WARNING DO NOT TIE THE MOTORCYCLE DOWN TO THE PLATFORM FROM THE HANDLE BARS. ATTACHING TO THE HANDLE BAR COULD CAUSE PHYSICAL INJURY, DAMAGE TO THE SYSTEM, OR MOTORCYCLE. 41. Activate the Remote Switch to begin pulling the motorcycle into the truck bed. Always watch the system and bike to be sure that everything remains lined up. If problems occur, stop the loading process and make adjustments as needed before continuing. NOTE ALWAYS WATCH THE SYSTEM AND MOTORCYCLE TO BE SURE THAT EVERYTHING REMAINS LINED UP. IF PROBLEMS OCCUR, STOP THE LOADING PROCESS AND MAKE ADJUSTMENTS AS NEEDED BEFORE CONTINUING. 42. Stop the winch when the front platform wheels reach the platform stops as shown in the photo below.
