FORD KUGA Remarkable Technologies Hands-free liftgate Electric Parking Brake (EPB) For ease of operation, a simple switch located neatly on the centre console activates the Electric Parking Brake (EPB), allowing you space for extra storage between front seats. The EPB will automatically release as you pull away. Blind Spot Information System Ø with Cross Traffic Alert Designed to alert you when another vehicle (a car, van or lorry) enters your blind spot with a discreet warning light built into both door mirrors. Cross Traffic Alert scans left and right as you reverse from a perpendicular or angled parking space, providing visual and audible alert warnings when an approaching vehicle is detected. Opening or closing Kuga s liftgate is easy, even when your hands are full.
