JUNE 2017 GM Accessories *Sales Team* Bonus Programram This program is intended to reward those that most influence Accessory Sales, which are Sales Managers and Sales Consultants. ENROLLMENT As part of the enrollment process, Dealers must identify which Sales Managers and Sales Consultants will be eligible to receive awards, and must also select allocation percentage. Enrollment changes can be made via the GM earnpower site, located in GM Global Connect. All enrollment selections made for the May 2017 GM Accessories Sales Manager Bonus Program will automatically carry over for the June 2017 Accessories Sales Team Bonus Program. PROGRAM PERIOD June 1 30, 2017 NEW BONUS LEVELS THIS MONTH! HOW IT WORKS GM Dealer Sales Team members who qualify under the GM Accessories Sales Team Bonus Program will qualify for a payout in earnpower Rewards only if the dealership meets or exceeds the following: Enrolled Sales Team members qualify for a payout in earnpower rewards if they meet or exceed their June Accessory Objective or increase their accessory sales by 25% year-over-year. (June 2016 vs. June 2017) Dealer payout level is dependent upon June objective attainment level as listed below. Payouts will be made to Sales Team members through earnpower after the end of the Program Period. LEVEL 1 BONUS: $15 PER ELIGIBLE DELIVERY Achieve 100% - 129.9% to objective* = $15 per VIN LEVEL 2 BONUS: $30 PER ELIGIBLE DELIVERY Achieve 130%+ to objective* = $30 per VIN LUCKY STRIKE BONUS: $10 PER ELIGIBLE DELIVERY If Dealer does not hit their June 2017 accessory objective (99.9% or under), BUT manages to grow their accessory sales by 25% Year-over-Year (June 2016 vs. June 2017) = $10 per VIN Dealers may only earn payouts for hitting or exceeding their accessory objective or by growing their accessory sales Year-over-Year by 25%. Visit gmearnpower.com to process SPINs through July 1, 2017. See rules for full details on processing SPINs. All dealership employees are eligible and will see earnings reflected in their earnpower account within 48 hours of a successfully completed SPIN. In the event a Service Manager executes a SPIN based on an eligible vehicle delivery, the 20% override will be forfeited Service Manager override earnings will be paid based on the percent of allocation selected by the Service Managers of record in earnpower, based on the 2016 MOE file by BAC Service Manager override earnings will also be awarded in the form of earnpower awards points DEALER STOCK REQUIREMENT: Dealer must agree to purchase preloaded quantity of 10 eligible part numbers. ADIs can support dealers in selection if needed. AWARD PAYMENT: Dealership employees will see earnings reflected in their earnpower account within 48 hours of a successfully completed SPIN. No substitutions or modifications to the packages are allowed All retail accessories sales must occur during the program period Supplies may be limited on some accessories. GM will work to ensure adequate supply to meet all needs but will bear no responsibility for missed SPINs due to inability to meet demand for any accessories during the promotional period CUSTOMER RETURNS: Customer returns or subsequent return to stock of an awarded SPIN during this program AFTER the promotional period are subject to chargeback of the full SPIN amount to the appropriate earnpower account. If the earnpower credits have already been spent, full chargeback will be assessed to the dealer s open account. TAX PROVISIONS: Liability for federal, state or other taxes imposed upon SPIN rewards is the sole responsibility of the Service Writer and Service Manager, not the ADIs or GM. APPEAL PROCESS: It is the sole responsibility of the participants to track progress and review the reports for accuracy and completeness. All appeals should be directed via email to the Divisional Accessories Manager. GM shall have the final decision in its sole discretion on all appeals from dealers and ADIs regarding this initiative.
