SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS CHICAGO REGION, SPORTS CAR CLUB OF AMERICA, INC. PRESENTS A. The Level I Time Trial (PDX) August 15, 2008 at Autobahn Country Club, Joliet, IL B. This event is organized by the Chicago Region, Sports Car Club of America, Inc., (SCCA), and will be held under the current SCCA Time Trial Rules and official updates, except as modified by these Supplemental Regulations. Drivers may be held responsible for damages to property, including track and environmental damage. 5. All tow vehicles/trailers must be parked perpendicular to the paddock road. 6. When entering the track from the pits, drivers must keep their cars to the left of the blend line until it ends. When leaving the pits, scrubbing of tires is not permitted until past the end of the blend line. 7. There will be a mandatory driver s meeting at the tech building. Please see schedule. 8. Convertibles and cars with Targa tops must have roll over protection that meets section 11.1 of the Time Trials Rules. 9. All participants must have a Snell M-95 or better helmet. 10. PDX groupings and speed limits will be determined by the Chief Driving Instructor. 11. Vehicles must be cars eligible for street licensure (pickup trucks, SUVs, vans, and minivans prohibited. If the car is not eligible for street licensure, then it must fit into one of the following GCR or Solo Categories: Showroom Stock Touring Improved Touring Spec Miata Stock Street Prepared Street Touring Street Modified 12. Attached are the Autobahn Country Club track rules. They are considered part of these supplementary regulations, and are enforceable as such. Special Time Trial amendments to these rules: i. On track hours will be per schedule and/or adjusted as needed for race operations ii. No race engines may be run past 15 minutes after the last checkered flag of each day or the time published in the track rules, whichever is later. All competitors must vacate the premises by 7:00PM Sunday.

Rules and Regulations Paddock and all paved access roads Speed limit in the paddock is 15 mph. Speed limit on the access roads is 25 mph. Do not pound stakes or make any holes for any reason in any asphalt surface offenders will be fined and may be ejected. Persons must bring materials to anchor their awnings. Cars fueled on any paved areas must be done so with care; any spills must be brought to the attention of the Autobahn Circuit representative immediately. If you must temporarily jack a vehicle on asphalt, you MUST have metal or wood under the jack and jack stands. NO EXCEPTIONS. Do NOT paint any asphalt surface. Disposal of Waste Fluid and Environmental Debris Use of the dumping containers located in several areas in the paddock is mandatory for used oil, antifreeze, brake fluid, and other polluting material. Spillage will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the Circuit. Participants are to take with them all used tires, batteries and unwanted parts. Environmental debris left behind may result in fines or fees to Lessee or any of its Participants. Fire Extinguishers Each Participant team must have at least (1) portable dry chemical fire extinguisher with a rating of at least 12 BC available and in good working condition in their pit area. Infield Roads Absolutely no imbedding of new brakes and/or testing vehicles will be allowed on infield roads. Fences No jumping any fences, guardrails or going into areas inside safety barriers without first getting permission from Autobahn Circuit s emergency personnel. Going onto a track during operations may result in expulsion from the Circuit. Restrooms Restroom facilities are located in the concession building and the bottom floor of the race control and timing and scoring building. Gate Hours The main gate will generally be open from 7:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m. unless other arrangements have been made. Do not assume that Participants can show up prior to the Event to drop trailers this must be approved by Autobahn Circuit in advance. ATVs, golf carts, pit cars, and bicycles Common sense and care must be applied to the use of ATVs, golf carts, pit cars, and bicycles. Pit vehicles may be operated by licensed drivers ONLY. Use of pit vehicles is restricted to the paddock area unless licensed for street use. Children are not allowed to operate these vehicles and are further prohibited from riding bikes, roller blades, skates, skateboards, and scooters. Noise No race engines may be started before 8:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m. Lessee and all Participants must comply at all times with the relevant Illinois pollution Control Board Regulations, including the Rules and Regulations for the Control of Noise from Motor Racing Facilities currently codified at 35 Ill. Admin. Code 903. Accordingly, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Autobahn Circuit, all vehicles must comply with such regulations, including maintaining noise emissions, in the case of a vehicle other than a

Rules and Regulations motorcycle, below 105db (measured from 50 feet from the center of track) during acceleration, and in the case of motorcycles, below 115db (measured one-half meter from the rearmost exhaust outlet). Pets Pets are permitted on the grounds, but must be leashed at all times. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Fireworks and Weapons Fireworks and weapons are strictly prohibited anywhere at the facility. Music No loud music, bass-boomers or music with obscenities will be permitted. All Participants and families and guests must be considerate of others. Track Closed The Circuit will be closed from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. to motorized traffic. Smoking Smoking in any of the buildings is strictly forbidden and will not be tolerated. All extinguished cigarettes must be disposed of. Trash All Participants and families and guests must keep the facility free of trash and debris by placing all trash and debris in trash containers, which will be provided by Autobahn Circuit and emptied by Autobahn Circuit. Banners and Printed Materials No banners or printed material may be hung to any of the Autobahn Circuit s facilities or structures without the prior consent of Autobahn Circuit. Flyers or Handbills No flyers or handbills may be distributed. Behavior No abusive behavior will be tolerated. Abusive behavior will be determined by Autobahn Circuit in its reasonable discretion. No unlawful activities will be tolerated. Autobahn Circuit reserves the right to add, change or otherwise modify any rules or regulations herein upon thirty (3 ) days prior notice. Autobahn Circuit may expel or bar entry to any individual for violation of any rule, as determined by Autobahn Circuit in its sole but reasonable discretion.
