Introduction Applications: SUPER VENT SV-UNObox Fans The SV-UNOBOX designed to handle air for typical application in apartments, shops, super markets, garages and other areas of slight contamination. Advantages Fans can be installed in any position Standard one side open Low noise levels Discharge in any possible direction Due to chambers aluminium profile no condensation formation Better efficiency as a result of optimized backward curved impellers % speed controllable Built in thermal over load protection Construction & Casing The housing supporting frames are double chamber aluminium profiles with corners made up of plastic and double skinned ( mm) galvanized steel panels insulated with non inflammable, noise & temperature insulating fiber glass mate, One side of the casing is open for discharge as standard. Impeller Backward curved centrifugal impellers for fans up to 45mm made of plastic with galvanized steel support plates and sizes above consist of higher efficiency backward centrifugal impellers made from aluminium. Impellers are assembled together with external rotor motors are balanced dynamically to quality level G.5 to DIN 94 at two levels.
Motors SUPER VENT Introduction Direct Driven SV-UNOBOX are equipped with external rotor motors having IP 54 protection. The winding insulation corresponds to insulation class F. Ball bearing with a special long life maintenance free and low noise operation. Electrical connection Terminal box for electrical connection is fixed to the motor housing and can be supplied with leads on request Direction of rotation Direction of rotation of the impellers viewed from the inlet side is clockwise. Wrong direction of rotation can overload & damage the motor, therefore it is essential to check the direction of rotation before initial operation.
