GS375 A2B DISPLAY A COMPACT AND WATERPROOF A2B DISPLAY WELL SUITED FOR STAND-ALONE A2B EVENT MONITORING The GS375 Wireless Anti-Two Block Display eliminates the hassle of maintaining a cable connection between displays and A2B switches. A long standing complaint in the crane industry has been broken cable on the cable reel. More often than not, this has a direct effect on the A2B signal, which is critical for effective crane operations. The GS375 A2B Display and the GS075-B Wireless A2B Switch offers users a very effective and proven solution for monitoring stand alone A2B. The GS375 A2B Display comes equipped with audible and visual alarms, both of which will activate if a two block event occurs. The display provides users with the ability to monitor up to two A2B switches simultaneously. The GS375 Display can also provide a lockout signal to optionally installed, lockout solenoid valves. The GS075-B A2B Switch has a battery life that will typically meet or exceed 3 years.

The GS075-B Wireless A2B Switch features a million-life internalmechanic switch mechanism. It is designed to withstand the abuse that a two-block switch will see in its daily life cycle. With the increased emphasis on safety throughout the crane & lifting industry, you can confidently rely on the GS075-B s failsafe design. If for any reason communication is lost between the switch and the display, an audible/ visual alarm will immediately sound, warning the operator of communication loss. Our warning response meets or exceeds that of cabled A2B systems. The radio and switch mechanism are incorporated into the weight assembly, which allows for unlimited chain length. No locking clip is required for over-the-road travel, as the A2B Switch will go to sleep 5 minutes after the display is turned off. This conserves battery life. The GS075-B A2B Switch utilizes a Direct Sequence-Spread Spectrum radio chip. A key feature of this technology is the two-way communication. DSSS allows the display to control radio power, range, and battery life. It also provides an unparalleled diagnostics capability, if required. The GS075-B has a transmission range of 4,000 feet/1,300 meters. Most crane booms will never see the need for this range, but with outside interferences in the atmosphere this range will ensure effective communication. The GS075-B ships standard with D Cell lithium battery and an average 4 years of battery life. Users can also utilize a D cell alkaline battery if a lithium battery is not available. A separate O-ring sealed battery compartment with captive screws allows for easy battery changes. Each GS075-B features potted electronics and a boot sealed piston assembly for increased waterproof protection. The GS075-B A2B Switch bracket design allows for easy addition and removal from the boom tip. The older LSI system switch mounting brackets can also be utilized with this system. GS075-B A2B Switches will communicate with all of the following LSI displays: GS375, GS550, GS553 Battery Powered Display, Gateway Router and GS820. LSI offers an optional CSA Class 1, Div 1 intrinsically safe version also.
LS051 MECHANICAL A2B SWITCH THE PERFECT SOLUTION FOR YOUR ANTI-TWO-BLOCK REQUIREMENTS The most effective mechanical A2B Switch, featuring a user replaceable switch mechanism and a built in 4.7K resistor for seamless integration with PAT/ Hirschmann systems. Because the A2B switch mechanism is user replaceable, the LSI Mechanical A2B Switch provides users with a long term, lower cost of ownership alternative to factory OEM mechanical A2B switches. The LS051 features a 3 wire connection, which provides for a normally open and/or normally closed circuit. The LS051-B version ships with a larger cable gland, allowing users to easily adapt to Manitowoc factory systems. The body of the A2B switch is made from anodized aluminum. The external sleeve is made from stainless steel. Both materials are very durable, providing the LS051 with the ability to withstand the wear-and-tear of any job site. The LS051 is easily installed using our standard LB011 switch mounting bracket. Should a user wish to have wireless communication, we can connect the LS051 to a GS005 wireless transmitter, eliminating the need to run boom cable to carry the signal to the display.
LS055 STAINLESS STEEL A2B SWITCH THE IDEAL MECHANICAL BASED SOLUTION FOR MARINE AND OFFSHORE APPLICATIONS The LS055 Stainless Steel A2B Switch is completely housed in 304-stainless steel. The eyebolts are galvanized, making the LS055 an ideal solution for any corrosive environment. You can easily connect the LS055 to most competitive systems. The LS055 can be easily installed using LSI s standard LB011 switch mounting bracket. The internal switch mechanism is rated for 1,000,000 cycles. The switch mechanism is protected by a bellow seal that prevents moisture from affecting the switch functionality. Featuring a temperature range of-40c to +65C, the LS055 is designed to work in harsh conditions worldwide.
