All parts are sold with the assumption that the buyer/installer shall use them in accordance with Federal and State laws. MAC Products Inc. will not be responsible for any consequential, incidental, or contingent damages, including labor and other direct costs associated with Off Road Parts being installed and used on On-Road automotive vehicles and/or motorcycles. On Road Parts All MAC Products Inc. On Road Parts will have a ARB EO # (Executive Order) that will allow you to pass Emissions testing in California.
