LIFTS We develop and design a wide range of lifts, adopting the most effective solution for every application: small residential passenger lifts or hospital lifts; panoramic lifts or lifts for commercial and industrial buildings; always with high quality finishes and appropriate performances. We follow the whole production process from the cutting of the metal sheets to the final assembling. CONTROLLERS Our concrete and deep knowledge of each single component allows us to design controllers that are perfectly integrated within the lift. We produce controllers for every kind of lifts: with serial communication, parallel communication, from simplex lifts to quadruplex lifts with a speed of up to 2,5m/s. Material for guide shoes that have the best coefficient of friction. Large diameter roller shoes. Wide range of indicators and buttons: segments, diods, led, lcd, tft. Only AISI 304 stainless steel. Aisi 316 upon request. Simple and effective: a series of rings on the buffer support make the compensation of the rope elongation easy and quick. CUBO Series, the traction machine with PMSM motors (Permanent Magnets Synchronous Motor) that MSM developed for application on lifts. Duty loads between 300kg and 2000 kg. Up to 2,5 m/s speed Cabin door operators exclusively with VVVF control. Complete range of landing doors and cabin doors: automatic, manual, panoramic, round, foldable. Hardening the groves of the traction pulleys drastically reduces their wearing and makes them last as long as the lift. The whole production is done with handicraft care.
OLED: Organic Light Emitting Diode A technology Thanks to which a film of organic compound emits light in response to an electric current. They also need less energy to work. OLED is used to create digital displays that are so thin that they can even be bent or rolled up.
...LOOKING FOR THE LIGHT Cabin lighting is the biggest cause of energy consumption for residential lifts that make less than 100.000 rides per year. MSM Lifts use exclusively low energy consumption LED and automatic light switch-off. We keep on looking for new sources of light. At MSM we are currently testing the new OLED (ORGANIC LIGHT EMETTING DIODE): only few millimetres thick, in the future IT can be used to create a wall of light.
