Joints with plin erings re ville in 2 versions: types E to IN 808; types EB to IN 808/7551 Joints with roller erings re ville in 2 versions: types H to IN 808; types HB to IN 808/7551 They ll consist of str wheel core n 2 hlf joints with fork ens. Between the pins of the str wheel n the holes of the forks, 4 wer-resistnt sliing ushes (for type E) or roller erings (type H - high spee) re fitte in. The 4 ushes hve holes for luriction n ech one contins grese reserve. The hermetic structure prevents luricnt losses n impurity entry. Neither luriction or mintennce is require for type H (high spee joints with roller erings) s their erings re luricte for life. Joints with plin erings - type E - re for mile-low spees n where there re shock los. For high spees n reltively low torques types with roller erings (H) re recommene. Both versions offer high efficiency, silent running, low friction, coefficient t competitive prices. All ruing surfces re hrene n groun. Mximum working ngle is 45 for single joints n 90 for oule joints. Mximum spee is 1.000 rpm for type E, while type H cn excee 4.000 rpm. All versions re lso supplie in telescopic versions. Selecting criteri Mtching one single joint with two shfts (of which the riving one is rotting t constnt spee), it forms n ngle which cuses perioic vrition of the riven shft, exctly four fluctutions per revolution. The ifference etween the mximum n the minimum spee of the riven shft epens on the ngle forme y the two shfts. The ifference grows when incresing of the ngle. To hve homokinetic trnsmission, you hve to fit either two opposite single joints (pying ttention tht the two centrl yokes lie on the sme pline n the ngles re equl) or oule joint. The irregulrity cuse y the former rticultion is cncelle y the ltter. The overll length resulting from the coupling of the two single joints is even more reuce using oule joint. In other wors, the oule joint is to e consiere the shortest homokinetic trnsmission. For low spee pplictions (mx 1.000 rpm) joint with plin erings (ruing erings) re suggeste: types E/EB. They re le to support shock los, rive reserves, irregulr runnings n reltively high torques. The working ngles must e reuce in opertion etween 500 n 1.000 rpm. For high rottion spees, reltively low torques or wie ngles, joints with neele roller erings (type V - H) re preferre. They cn rech 5.000 rpm lwys relting to the ngle. How to re igrms The joint cpcity to trnsmit regulr torque t constnt lo with no shocks for more or less long perio, minly epens on the numer of revolutions per minute n the inclintion ngle of the two xes. The following igrms re se upon the criteri elon. Ech curve correspons to the joint size (outsie imeter ) n represents the torque tht the joint cn trnsmit epening upon spee n working ngle. The igrms cn e irectly re if ngle is 10 ; for wier ngles, torques re reuce, therefore the vlues re to e correcte using correction fctors (F) relting to the ngle shown in the tle. Note: igrms vlues re merely inictive. Ech ppliction hs its own prticulr motion chrcteristics, such s: shock los, motion reversls, connecte msses, type of strting, presence of elstic joints, stops n strts, etc. We, therefore, suggest clling our technicl eprtment.
