13 Different Needs of different customers

How can we build robust charging infrastructure? Huge investment is required present consumption of electricity is 1000 kwh whereas full electric mobility would require 3000 kwh per 4-wheeler. 3 fold increase in energy would warrant huge investment in generation but also requires strengthening of wire business Besides, investment in charging infrastructure. o To meet 2030 target, we need to invest 3-4 Billion INR In charging infra every year to meet incremental annual sales. 14 This is possible if Charging is treated as regular Commercial Service Business. o It warrants Private Investment at huge scale which can provide required impetus to adoption of EVs.
