We do not accept the return of knock-down (KD) furniture that has been assembled or partly assembled; 6. We will invoice you a restocking charge of 10% of the cost of the goods returned to cover our cost of delivery, collection, inspection and repackaging. This charge can be more where the cost of delivery and return exceeds 10% of the invoice value; our Customer Service will advise you if this is the case. * Reference to the full policy being available on request. Our delivery is a trade service to the lorry tailgate only and you will be responsible for arranging personnel to carry and position the furniture. If delivery is to a private address, prior to delivery you must assess the access for sufficient width, height and manoeuvring room for a commercial furniture lorry and advise us if it is unsuitable. At the time of delivery, if the necessary help is not available or access is not possible then the furniture will be returned to us and the cost of return and the subsequent redelivery will be charged to you. The date and time of delivery are at the discretion of the carrier but we will ask them to try to accommodate the wishes of your customer. The Equinox Bistro Table has a 40mm parasol hole. A solid, flush fitting insert in the appropriate material is provided for use when a parasol is not required. Rustic Teak: The Titan Range is from our impressive new Rustic Teak Collection that uses plantation grown teak, featuring knots and a varied grain pattern.
