Horizontal stopper cylinders, Product information Shock absorber adjustment Adjustable shock absorber allows maneuvering of changing loads. Release the screw from the adjust part and turn shock absorber in both directions to adjust. Following adjustment, fix using the screw. Proximity sensor and inductive sensor (M18) attachment Provides variety of sensor types. May select proximity or inductive sensor. (Inductive sensor direction: left, right) Adjust part Proximity sensor Inductive sensor Free pass function of the workpiece Fix with locking pin to make free pass function of the workpiece available when needed. (Option order code: F ) Air port direction adjustment Provides variety of air port and sensor utility. Release the wrench bolt and turn as shown in the diagram then reassemble. (Direction : right, left, up) Free pass locking pin Easy shock absorber position adjustment and replacement To adjust shock absorber position, adhere to absorber damper then fix with set screw. Release the locking nut bolt and simply replace the shock absorber. Switch to seesaw stopper possible May be switched to a seesaw stopper with addition or exchange of component parts and if needed, be used alternatively. Operating speed: Control speed increase and decrease by using the speed controller on air port located before and after the cylinder. Operating pressure: Considering the load and speed of workpiece and pallet, install the regulator before the valve to control the upward and down ward movement of the stopper with proper force.
