Comprehensive range! The new rose plastic RoseBox range sets a completely new standard in Drill and Tool Cassettes. Modular Concept Primarily there is a comprehensive product range, whose modular construction offers a vast selection of cassettes of various types and sizes, but in the same consistent form and appearance, and all available with the most varied range of inserts. Perfect Material Using the highest quality impact resistant ABS plastics, we are able to produce lightweight but extremely sturdy cassettes. The plastic cassettes concede nothing to the traditional metal cassettes by way of strength and durability, but they offer so much more in the way of design and technical refinement. Modern Design In RoseBox our designers have created a masterpiece! Functional and user-friendly, with soft, rounded lines, the RoseBox compliments any quality, professional tools. Numerous applications In many sizes and with the most varied range of inserts, the RoseBox is ideal for... Sets of all kinds of drilling tools -Drills, Masonry Drills, SDS Drills, Taps, Step Drills, Sheet & Tube Drills Precision- and Shank Tools such as Countersinks, End Mills, Burrs etc. Special sets of tooling, Measuring tools, etc. Spare Parts The RoseBox range offers a wealth of advantages: Integral Closure An integral slide closure, recessed into the side and thereby protected, offers utmost safety (wont t open accidentally when falling down). Also available with anti-pilferage system please enquire. Excellent Stacking The curved shape of the cassettes combined with labelling areas, recessed in the lid and raised in the base, provides simple but very stable stacking. Length stop Adapted to the pop-up inserts also available with ratchet mechanism for variable positioning (to suit the contents of the cassette). Fixing of accessories The length stop can be modified to include clips or space for possible set accessories (e.g. centre punch etc.) Durable Hinges Lid and base are connected with hinges made of extremely durable polyamide material.

Pop-Up Inserts Through the modular construction and perfected assembly system, a huge number of pop-up inserts combine and interchange readily, to offer a most varied range of cassettes. Additional clamping prevents any rattling of tools. Where quantities justify it, inserts in the mould can be made, to emboss text into the actual cassette. Cassette Base The cassette bases are available in various heights, to suit the contents. The raised border aids easy application of the label. Tool Inserts The RoseBox does not serve only as a traditional drill cassette many other options are possible using custom foam or vacuum formed inserts.
