Following structure features introduction will bring you more concept on this machine. page4 of 16

5.1 Table structure The fundation table is made of weld jointing structure, all the structure section materials are shot-blasting finished to improve the anti-corrosion property; annealing heat treated to relief the stress after welding. These ensure the table have excellent rigidity, intensity and stable performance in heavy duty production. Table structure & water surface cutting table 5.2 Gantry sturcture The gantry structure consists of a transverse beam and two longitudinal stands. The transverse beam is made of box structure welded by heavy sections, shot-blasting finished and annealing heat treated. The two longitudinal stands are welded to in shape with steel plates. On the center of the stands is the connecting support of longitudinal drive, together with the design of low gravity transverse beam, the moving stability of the machine would be optimized. The gantry/ beam of the CNC cutting machine is the key component to ensure the working accuracy and moving stability. Therefore it is particularly significant to control the machining precision on this section, Our CNC multi-axis boring and milling machining center ensures the parallelism of holes for rolling wheels of stands and verticalness of guiding hole. 5.3 Transmission rail and rack The longitudinal rails adopt high intensity, heavy duty and fine finished heavy railway rail. The rail top and both sides are precisely ground, the parallelism between rack and rail will be less than or equal to 0.02mm, as well as the parallelism between the both rail sides. The verticality from both sides to the rail top will be less than or equal to 0.02mm. The longitudinal rack is pitch style rack, which can greatly reduce the machine accumulation error, especially when the rail is long. The machining accuracy for the rack is class 7, the deviation is within ±0.06mm/800mm. The joggle between precision pinion and rack transmission is spring compaction type, which can reduce the deviation of joggle in one side, increase the transmission stability and smooth at same time. The precision of single rail determines the installation precision, we can achieve an average planeness of the rail within 0.02mm. During the installation, we fix the both rail ends by steel wire and amend the tolerance through adjusting the soleplate. Connest rails with tie rods to ensure the consistency between rails. The transverse transmission rail adopts cold drawn precision linear guide rail, high precision pinion and rack transmission, the principle and precision is same as those for longitudinal rails. The charactristic of Panasonic servo motor is high frequency response,short adjusting time, with resonance suppression function which can redeem tiny potential insufficiency on mechanical rigidity. page6 of 16

The gas pressure of each gas circuit can be adjusted on the regulators on the gas panel according to the cutting technology data. All gas curcuit controlled by the gas distribution system. On the inlet of the gas curcuit equipped with solenoid valves. The system can control the working procedure according to the data setting. Oxygen and feul gas enter into the center gas controller system and be distributed to the torch through hoses. The pressure guage and regulator is installed on the above of the center control panel, which is convenient for the uperator to adjust and check the gas pressure according to the best condition during cutting. On the gas panel there are switches to operate on the solenoid valves, it can be manual adjustement and automatic control by CNC controller as well. There is a gas exhausting valve in the gas curcuit of the cutting oxygen. After finishing the cutting, the gas exhausting valve will automatically release the remaining gas in the hose to avoid the cutting oxygen continuing cutting to damage the work-piece, improve the cutting quality. 5.8 Cable and hose model All the cables and hoses move along the machine are put in order into the pedrail The transverse pedrail is set besides the beam The longitudinal pedrail could be either set on ground or hung up by bracket according to working condition. Cable/hose supply model transverve pedrail longitudinal ground channel type pedrail channel 5.9 Torch carrier The heavy duty torch carrier can realize up and down lifting movement by the linear bearing moving along the guiding shaft. This lifting device is installed inside a sealed box. This carrier is able to be equipped with single cutting torch, flame triple torch straight line bevel station, plasma cutting torch with various power and marking device etc. Torch carrier and torch page9 of 16

5.10 Torch height sensor Whatever the cutting mode is, the constant distance between the nozzle and work-piece is the premise of good cutting quality. a) Flame torch capacitive height sensor The principle of the sensor effecting is by RC surge circuit, when the capacitive volume between sensor ring and steel plate is changing, the lifting motor will adjust to balance the capacitive volume. b) Plasma torch height sensor The principle of the sensor effecting is the certain voltage between work-piece and plasma electrode in certain distance. Through collection of the voltage signals and feedback in arc voltage automatic height adjustment system, the lifting carrier will move accordingly to make the collected signal equal to the pre-set voltage. Flame torch capative height sensor plasma torch height controller plasma torch height controller capative height sensor 5.11 Anti collision device The steel plates surface will be warped and cracked by segmentation or heat distortion, it might cause the collision and damage of the cutting torch as well as the leakage of fuel gas which will bring threat to the safety The countermeasure is we adopt a spring device on torch seat which is 360 degree collision protective to avoid the damage on cutting torch. Anti-collision device 5.12 Auto ignition device When there are several cutting torches using at same time, the advantage of the auto-ignition device will be standing out particularly. In the cutting program, just setting the auto-ignition in the starting point, then the cutting torch can automatically ignite in the starting position of each cutting work piece. In such case, not only the automazation of the equipment but also the safety of the operator will be increased greatly. page10 of 16

Auto ignition device 5.13 Emergency botton and limit switch The emergency stop switch is in striking color and fixed on the controller and one side of the transverse beam. Once push the button, the machine will stop immediately and can run again without any adjustment after releasing the emergency stop switch. There are series of limit switch and mechanical limit to ensure the safety running of the machine. In case the operator makes a mistake or the CNC controller system has an error, the limit device will cut of the power to avoid the damage to the machine and hurt to the operator. 7 Programming and nesting software: FastCAM FastCAM is a powerful CAD plotting software specially used for number control cutting and it can read CAD DXF files and choose, output the NC files of different controllers; in addition, it can speed cutting obviously, heighten cutting quality and thus improve social and economic benefits.
