SMV 316 SUPPORTING measuring VAN PAGE 02 ENGLISH STATUS 01. 2013 1 SMV 316 SUPPORTING measuring VAN According to customers request we designed and built this modern van which can be used for a huge range of applications: Guiding van for the Runway Cleaning Trucks like our ARC 1000 Service van (workshop completely installed) Transport vehicle to haul the Friction Tester Mu METER FT 256 to the site. The vehicle is equipped with an aluminum folding ramp for loading and unloading the Mu METER FT 256. Towing vehicle for the Friction Tester on-site with strong engine to run at the requested speeds; For the official measurements the van is equipped with a 1,000 litres stainless steel water tank and an engine driven water pump.
