TH PROFILES DIN 21530 B H x x THE ADVANTAGES OF RUNNING TH JUNCTIONS TH profiles are widel used in underground mines and railroad/igwa tunnels, providing not onl a iger resistance but also a ielding support to stabilize te underground cavities. One of te most significant advantages of TH profiles against I and H profiles is teir abilit to provide same ig tensile momentum on bot cross sections (X-X and Y-Y) trougout te profile. Besides te ease of assembl, dismantling and ig performance at te junctions; te maintain full support during te decreasing cross section of te underground cavit b sliding on eac oter witout major deformation. Next to te superior design advantages, te use of ig tensile steel (31Mn4-S480W-S550W) during te production also maintains ig durabilit performance. Te major accessories of TH profiles are te clamps enabling te ease of sliding of te profiles on eac oter and te traversal junctions tat assist to work te profiles simultaneousl. It is crucial to torque te clamps and te traversal junctions for te sstem to work efficientl. TH 29-34 CLAMPS AND TRAVERSAL JUNCTIONS Clamps are produced wit 31Mn4 and S480W steel grades. NPU 65-80-100 traversal junctions are produced according to te customers applications of TH 29-34 / GI Profile assembl intervals *Traversal junctions are assembled wit bottom and top notced clamps. 8
