Optimize Devices Costs IoT technology and devices are rapidly evolving. Don t spend too much in current devices. Buy strictly what you need today. PoCs are key for Invest in Data Science Talent Invest where value comes from. Attract talent. Knowledge is cummulative and not easily replaceable. Build Iteratively a Scaleable & Flexible Infrastructure Build iteratively your IoT Solution based using a Use case per Use case strategy, starting with PoCs.
