Our BX Series of trailers offers extra strength for hauling larger p ontoon boats. Our BX Series of trailers are just as maneuverable as our tubulars, but with rectangular steel frames that offer extra strength for the larger pontoon models. Now pontoons with large outboard motors and extra accessories can be trailered anywhere thanks to the Hoosier BX. The BX is designed to carry most 20 to 30 foot pontoons. In addition, three axle configurations are offered with capacities ranging from 2,000 to 5,000 pounds. This, combined with Hoosier s adjustable load-equalizing torsion axle, gives the BX unmatched road stability. Other features include: frame stanchions that are bushed for strength and longevity, tie-down loops, automatic brake winch, adjustable latch with pins, tail light cage, and 5.30 x 12 inch D range tires. In addition, electric winch, hydraulic lift system, surge brakes, I.O. kit and a durable galvanized finish are offered as options. The original, time-tested design of the Classic Series. The time-tested tubular design of the Classic Series provides the strength to handle loads 2,000 to 5,000 pounds and can carry pontoons 16 to 26 feet long. Its 48" wide design and low center of gravity make it very stable on the road. Each Classic features a unique winch, cable and sheave system. This enables the operator to raise and lower the entire trailer frame. This approach extends to the adjustable tongue which provides extra trailer length for launching. Standard features include: water-resistant tail lights, eight rubber rollers for boat protection, tail light cages, an adjustable trailer frame, leaf springs, safety cable and 5.30 x 12 inch D range tires. The SL650, 700 and 725 Series are available in three axle configurations, with or without brakes. Classic trailers are designed to haul pontoons with 40 hp motors or less. A Classic front extension is also offered for pontoons with extended decks. In addition, tongue jacks, electric winch, and front loading winch options are available for even easier trailering.
