Creative heat management ensures long life and excellent lumen maintenance The LytePro series was designed from the ground up starting with Philips LEDGINE global LED platform. The Pods are designed using radial heatsinks to help create a vortex of air through the luminaire. This rapid air flow pulls cooler ambient air from outside, through the luminaire and venting it in the door frame and upper housing. The radial fins of the passthrough system cools internal components while effectively radiating heat out and away from the LEDs and driver. The LytePro series of outdoor luminaires are designed for performance to 35 C, well above the average exterior mean temperature of 20 C. Simple construction protects components, simplifies maintenance Stonco engineers designed the LytePro Plus for easy maintenance and upgradeability while still meeting IP66 construction requirements. The LED electrical component chamber mounts directly to an independent driver tray while the Pod assembly attaches to the door frame, which is hinged to hold the door in place. This simple but effective two chamber design separating the driver from the LED pod assemblies improves thermal management and allows tool-less access for routine maintenance. Customize the optical solution to your application You can easily customize the LytePro Plus s optical characteristics to IES Type II V distributions. An internal house-side shield for Type II IV distributions prevents spill light behind the pole or across property lines, and an exclusive extreme house-side shield option is available for the 4L optic to meet stringent LEED requirements. The distribution pattern can be pre-set at the factory or field rotated during or after the installation by turning the Pod assemblies in 90 increments.
