What is? is the optimum hot runner system designed for engineering plastic application. Features of. YUDO developed the tip material to enhance abrasion & corrosion resistance as well as heat conductivity. The improved heat conductivity prevents the gate caking during the filling and holding process, thus quality of the dimension is improved. A unique union for nozzle tip is designed to prevent from heat loss to mold, thus the temperature of core plate is stable. The patent pending insulation flange bush is used for system. This allows to stabilize the temperature of nozzle as well as to insulate the heat between manifold, nozzle flange and plates. The heat loss from cavity plate is minimized at high temperature. All components are heat treated and specially coated, thus they are reliable even with % glass filled material.
